Fricken Gym dandy!! Right now I feel as if I can punch holes through thoughts! Didnt do much lifting today other than traps, but felt amazing. I worked my 12 hour ems shift last night and dont think I could sleep if I wanted too. Im just wide open and I have finally got my diet close to what it should be. Loading up on protein bit less than 50 carbs a day. How about you

I felt like a rabid animal today and not sure why. Then got into a texting conversation with a friend about my brides ignorance of working out and supplementation, and the. Next thing you know I was just slam worked up...(God I love her). The anger was great! I did not do my HST A or B today, as Tomorrow I up the weight on them, so I kept it simple today. What was supposed to be a weighted body weight movement ended up being just body weight and a fricken Trap day. Overall Id say its safe to say I did about 100 pushups, 50 various grip pull ups, and 50 dips. But with the traps I did BB shrugs 135x15x2
225x15. 225x10. 315x8x2. 225x10. 135x10x2 behind the back bb shrugs 135x10x3
DB shrugs with straps
50x50. 70x70. 50x30 and 50 to failure
6 sets of high face pulls with the last 2 sets being at 220(highest it goes) it felt intense and I was crazy focused. Sweated like I stole a preachers daughter. I'm on my HST de-condition, Best part of HST! Ive been a pretty good boy with the calories, Still need to loose a little more fat before my BULK starts right after thanksgivig and will run to about Mid Jan. I LOVE BULKING! If it has protein in it I hammer it. (you know ice cream has protein) LOL

Oh yes it does!! I have an ice cream plan im working on. I want to make a protein ice cream, in a unique flavor....jalapeño! Im thinking fresh jalapeños, and a good vanilla protein, blended into plain nonfat greek yogurt. Id have to play with it, but it will be fun to try

And to make the day better..(for me anyway, I hate descent peoples loss and/or suffering), my father in law calls and tell me theres a wreck 500 yards from the house and the vehicle was on fire with the driver in the grass. Boom, off I go( not a volunteer but it was too close to pass up) and haul ass in my Titan. Got there right as EMS was, so all I had to do was get the nozzle when the voly departments truck arrived and fight some fire. Ended up knowing the woman. But fun nonetheless. Judge me if you want, but Its a sickness, ask any firefighter. Everybody stick your arms straight up in the air and wait for it.... SLAP HANDS HIGH 5!!!

Impressed man. I have a new plan. When I head down there, I usually pig out on so much food. I will be planning a gym session and you better bring that intensity cause ima need to burn off 20,000 calories with you.

Finally got out of work early for once, hit the gym, came home and mowed the grass. Decided the hell with it. Only saving grace is that brought my calorie intake for the day up to about 800, and post workout carbs! Yay!!

Man I love you guys. Ended up getting. Power cantina steak burrito at taco bell. Kind of a refeed. Needed it. So ended up with 1560 calories and a whopping 102 carbs foe the day. Thanks for the food talk guys
