F the BS...NPP/EQ/Dbol Cycle Log

Also been quite some time since I've had a bad reaction or PIP of any kind outside the normal. But Monday's set of pins in left delt have my arm sore and skin red. It's definitely from the no Ester blend because of the location. I aim the regular shot toward the upper rear, and this is lower and toward the front. So we'll see how today's blend shot ends up tomorrow in right arm.

I guess I am lucky in that aspect but would trade it in a heartbeat not to carry extra fat under my pecs.

Does not look pleasant... I have heard others say they won't pin a no ester in a shoulder because of the PIP and swelling often resulting from the no esters.

This happened to me with my suspensions too; I noticed it would happen if I pinned it too far towards the anterior of my shoulder. Seems like it would spread down to my arm and irritate it there. And no matter where in my delts, it would always get slightly inflamed/swollen. Just happens I guess.

Could be worse... I have both problems ha. Just born to be soft :/

Not to the extent I do. LOL Luckily my pecs are large enough to kind of hide it in a shirt. Everything is under the lip of my pec unless I get a little too soft then they get pointy and stick out some. Been that way since puberty...

Had the exact same thing happen with prop. It's anything too close too the tendons and such it seems

Yea my current short ester blend seems to have some fairly long lasting pip. My delt pin from two days ago is still sore.

So had a couple decent Hypertrophy days. Have slept like crap the last couple nights so was lacking a bit of intensity. Looking noticeably leaner. And weight was actually down this morning a few pounds since last weigh-in. Calories have been around 3500. So may increase a little next week.

How do you like Mk? I've read it's basically a substitute for hgh which is amazing for cutting. What's been your experience with it ?

It can increase gh levels but not to a supra physiological level like real gh can. It is an oral ghrelin mimetic so only increases gh via natural means. It's nothing like exogenous gh.

Guys I'm having to abort cycle for personal reasons.

If anyone might be interested in the remaining CJC and MK I have on hand PM me. Low low for all of it.

there is a thing called- Sharing

you don't need anymore gains Mr k- now please put the stuff back up for sale so the little people (not me) can make an offer

lol

Just some stuff has become bigger priority in life right now. Training and anything related is going to be a secondary concern for a while. Not stopping by any means, but not going to waste this cycle while not dedicating myself to the gym. Life just happened and I need to address it. I'll still be around. Still repping Sparta. Just a few things will be taking precedence over all of it for a while. All is well guys thanks.

Sharing? This ain't a post on Facebook.

Besides, I'm OLD! I need peptides in my life!!!!! The only thing not cracking creaking or popping on my body right now is... well nothing, I have officially abused it all!!!! :)

Dan, if you're looking to sell some of your gains as well, I'll take 'em. Injuries and crazy busy life = no gym time for this guy.

Trade for a bottle of Super DMZ 2.0? Lol.

At least you had the heart to offer 2.0 instead of 3.0 or 4.0 or 5.0 or any of the other crap out now haha

Lol. I'm still waiting for Super 6.0! I'll never use this bottle of 2.0 so it was worth a shot. Still waiting for his PM to see how much gainz he wants to share with me.

Tick tock.

You mean you don't think it's awesome to have a product named after a compound that doesn't actually contain any of the compound??

Squatting to depth can be a challenge when you've only built the strength higher up, but I can say from experience it was worth it to learn to do it right. The weight comes back on the bar, in time, and you get more muscle stimulation with less weight on your shoulders.

Must be in the air - I recently implemented some Squat changes too, but I went opposite. I have only ever "A$$ To The Grass" squatted, but can't seem to "technique out" some inner right knee pain (was fine until I hit my current weight on the bar). Tried with and without Squat (Oly) Shoes, got some Rheband Sleeves - no go. So now I'm going just below parallel. This allowed me to widen my stance and my last session was pain free. Man, it took getting used to stopping (still using an aid to touch the bar to) half-way down!

The difference between squatting with almost vertical shins pushing the hips back vs driving the knees over the toes is something crazy like either a 250% increase in shear loading on the hips or a 1,200% increase on the knees, so I'm not surprised to hear you're feeling better! I know which one of those I'd choose as well.

Squatting to full depth is overrated as well, IMO. Unless weightlifting, where its a necessity to get under the bar to catch the pull obviously, it isn't necessary for maximum muscle fiber stimulation. This is proven. And the deeper you go, the more the knee must track forward - the root of your knee pain, likely. Furthermore, it's not going to lead to maximum strength potential because it inherently keeps weight off the bar.

Squatting just thru parallel is the perfect intersection of potential for size, strength, and joint longevity, as well as an easy standard to judge in powerlifting - the crease of the hip is at or below the top of the knee.

I'm so anal, I brought an 18" level to the rack and put it on my quad :D Then I set a taught band right where the bar would touch - I can feel it through the bar. Temporary until the pattern burns in, but I like it.

I get it - the entire training cycle before I hit 500 I squat to a box most of the work because I was squatting too deep before. This was gonna be an SPF meet, which is notorious for high squats, so I knew the tow straps would be cutting it close to hit parallel. Nailed it, with almost no room to spare:
