I know this has been asked and answered countless times, but new supps and new experiences might yield different answers.

I'm using pes geno and usplabs s cissus.

Anyone have other recommendations?
Thanks

I love cissus and turmeric as joint staples. As far as combo joint products, I have tried geno flex and joint help with good results, but flexatril has been by far the most impressive. Looking forward to seeing it in bulk form soon. Lots of good options out there now.

I have seen great results with Flexatril. You should try it first.
For Curcumin: go with novasol curumin

Joint xt/ Genoflex are good also.

SNS JOINT SUPPORT XT and CISSUS XT stacked together work very well.

I actually ordered about a year supply of novasol curcumin today. Hard to beat buy 1 get 2 free.

Cissus, for sure. I like Joint Help because it has Paractin in it, which is helpful for immediate pain relief. I had my knee reconstructed in 1999 so knee pain is something I deal with on the reg. The Paractin has been helpful in managing my pain and the cissus will help with long term joint protection. So I take that joint help in conjunction with my fish oil and orange triad, which has glucosamine sulfate in it.

Joint XT .. Cissus has always treated me well.

Plan on trying that next. Right now I'm taking 3 different ones - 1 dose of each:
Usplabs super cissus, Genoflex, and Flexatril. Seems to be doing me some good

thats alot of cissus .. bc i think geno has cissus at a full dosage too. Hope its working and best of luck.

bad joint pains just ruins your whole training regimen

Yeah, but each one is supposed to be taken twice a day and I only take each one once a day.....

Love Flexible by Formutech..Joint Help by IForce..

Coincidence being a rep lol.

I'm 50 years old and was exposed to Flexible by being a rep..but it is a solid joint supp regardless..Works for this old dude

Really more of a pain killer and it also raises serotonin levels.

Animal Flex seems to have all the bases fully covered but am also looking for comparatives. This supp has 44 packs of 6 pills each.

That's a mouthful. Going to be using it during my PCT.

Note.
Not pushing this. Just curious for thoughts and constructive criticisms for comparatives.

justhere4comm I think you need to look closer at cissus. Does a lot more than effect pain and serotonin.

Re AF, I didn't get much from it, but everybody's different. Not a bad supp per se.

I took turmeric and did not feel anything- three 400mg capsules daily. Forgot to use with black pepper. Will try again this week. I see Indian preference is to also include some fat in the consumption.
