Sorry for the no post yesterday, had some personal issues going.

Still running, and everything seems to be going smooth. Im noticing though that the lower the bottle gets, the less residue im getting which you would think would be the opposite. No longer getting the body heat increase that I was getting at the beginning. But definitely still getting the increase in sweat. Today's workout.....

Hack Squat
3 sets of 12

Leg Press
2 sets of 15

Leg Extensions
2 sets of 20 (last set drop set)

DB Romanian Deadlift
3 sets of 12

Laying Hamstring Curl
2 sets of 15 (last set dropset)

I shake my bottles about 5 or 6 times -- I'd say somewhat vigorously, but not like a madman.

Maybe this is DSade's secret. Get us burning so many calories shaking bottles that we can't help but lose weight!
 
Another friday in the bag. Pretty easy day as far as gym time went. Stong back and shoulder workout. And pretty intense sweat from the routine. Followed it with 20 mins of HIIT, and 40 mins on the row machine.

Diet

2 baked chicken thighs, 1 cup sauteed kale, 1/2 cup brown rice

Low carb chicken Quesadilla with salsa

2 scoops PES Protein, 1/2 cup oats

6oz Salmon, 4oz sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli
 
That looks ultra low calorie, yes? What's that about 1,000?
 
Weighed in at 280. Side by side comparison from 2 weeks ago. The front and side views don't show much difference to me, but the back view shows a decrease in the dreaded love handles!!!!!

Yup. I agree. Can't see it from the front, but a little on the side shot and a lot on the back view. Great work.

My log is the same way man. Front view for the longest time showed almost no change. Side view showed change. But the front was depressing. A lot of this process involves faitg - you know you are doing it, you just need to give it time to show. Keep up the great work!
 
Fell asleep last night while posting lol.

I had a pretty d@mn good back and shoulder workout yesterday. Had the lady apply a nickel sized amount to my traps pre workout. On my 2nd set of shrugs, I literally could no longer shrug. My ROM was gone. Serious serious serious pump!

Ive never gotten much of a pump from working out. I use to train mostly for strength. Smolov, machenko, ort/mag, etc. Only within the last 8 months or so have I transitioned into more of a "bodybuilding" style program. Plus im pretty low on carbs, and from my experience its hard for me to get a pump unless my carbs are a little high. Combine that with the pump ive gotten before from applying supernova to other body parts, I would attribute the pump to SN
 
Sorry for the late post. Another solid workout today. Missed legs yesterday but it is leg day tomorrow so will make up for it. Interestingly enough, I weighed in at 280lbs this morning. Same weight as Monday morning but this was after a MASSIVE cheat day yesterday. Probably consumed 7,000 calories yesterday, and yet still weighed in the same.

This is strange - same thing happened to me two days ago. Had a massive cheat on Wed. and expected to weigh a few pounds more on Thursday - but weighed the same, hadn't gained anything. Got back on the wagon yesterday, weigh over a pound more today. Go figure. Just gotta have faith in the process.
 
Had a d@mn good leg workout yesterday. Contemplated putting some SN on my calfs but punked out lol. Upper body power tomorrow morn.

No workout this weekend. Been pretty laxed with the diet as ive been watching CFB all day Saturday and went to a labor day cookout today. Will be back on track tomorrow
 
Got back on track yesterday sorta. Burned my hand grilling, like an idiot, so grabbing any weights was out of the question. Did a hypertrophy leg day yesterday. Even after eating like a complete sumo wrestler for two days, I weighed in at 275.5lbs. Which is 4lbs or so less than what I weighed last tuesday. This is very very surprising. I applied SN as nornal over those days.

I got maybe 3 or 4 days left of the first bottle before I switch to the bottle with the diuretics in it that Matt sent me. Will not any changes felt and noticed

Great few days of workouts. Tomorrow will be my first day of the version with the diuretics added. Will note any changes I notice. Will also get back to listing workouts and diet also. Work has been very busy. But will have free time in the coming weeks.
 
Off today. A little laxed with the diet. Applied the diuretic version of SN and I did get the menthol sensation all the others have noticed. Interesting feeling will note all changes in the mext few days

Considering applying dime sized amounts to body parts being worked out. dsade that okay? Will slightly take away from the length of the bottle

I'm pretty sure Matt has recommended that very thing (applying to body parts being worked out, not getting into it with the lady). It's what I've been doing. Always the core, and then arms and shoulders for upper body days, butt and thighs on lower body days.

Just wanted to check in with him as the I was instructed to apply to core area. A few extra apllications will take away from core applications as a whole
 
Chest and arms today and applied the SN to both my bi's and tri's and literally could not finish my workout. The pump was too intense. Bending my arm became almost impossible lol. Sat gor for a while and let it subside, got through another set and the pump came right back. So I just called it a day. Might reconsider applying on chest and arm days
 
Back and Bicep day today was cut short. Might have pinched a nerve or something. Got bad tingling in my fingertips and lost feeling for a while. Got an appt tomorrow just to make sure. Will still apply SN as normal
 
Fingertip tingling? That's just excitement and anticipation! Now get out there and LIFT! :)
 
Doctor thinks I have a pinched ulnar nerve. Will have to take ot easy for a few weeks. Will focus more on cardio and legs until i get the all clear. Will continue to apply SN.

Since I was 12 or 13. I'm almost 21 now. Hbu?

I just turned 55. I worked out a lot in HS and college. Off and on in my 20s and early 30s. Then mostly off and occasionally on from then on out.

Are you cutting or bulking right now?

It's more of a recomp right now than anything else. It's hard to stick to a diet with school and going home and stuff so I just try to keep it balanced. Honestly just love to lift. Currently around 210 lbs 6' and 18-19% bf. Have you ever done any trt?
 
No. Up until about 15 years ago, I mostly just winged it. I got introduced to Body For Life by Bill Phillips and started following his plan. Did well, but never managed to follow through past 8 weeks.

Later, I picked up his brother's book, Strength for Life. It had a modified version of Bill's plan that seemed to be less stressful to the CNS and allowed for quicker recovery. I started doing that.

Now I do my own modification of Sean's plan.
