10 minutes on the treadmill at the end, took too much pwo cuz heart rate stayed at 170-180 lol machine mighta been off but I felt the chest pounding

Hahaha too much. I do that sometimes, like today. After I watched that video lol. It was a lot closer than I thought it would be.

Thought this would be a great idea lol, "thought" being the key word. I was making my girl some pancakes and looked at my protein cup and said hmm that's egg whites milk and protein powder lets just throw that on the pan and see what happens. Turns out it was not a good idea it tastes like chocolate flavored eggs , the 1tbsp of pb I put on top (which I had to take from my 2 I always have for dessert at the end of the day) did not help at all just left me upset lol

Lol. Little too much powder. I throw in about a scoop per 3-4 pancakes. It always makes them too heavy for me if I do more than that lol

Haha but I didn't throw in any pancake mix I think that and putting in egg whites was were I messed up , no more inventions from me ill drink my protein shakes and leave the pancakes for cheat days lol
 
Alright fellas so still no sides to note , libido is up which at this point it had almost tanked at higher doses , acne is still controlled, aggression has leveled off but still getting ticked off easier and letting the aggression out in the gym so that's a plus. Also I ended up coming across a new tub of white flood and a run of dust extreme , yet still placed and order for Plasmajet and superpump 250 cuz I'm excited to try it !

As promised pics from my feast this weekend. Gained 10 lbs from Friday to this am and feel fat as fucc now. Wasn't doing cardio on this bulk but will b now lol

As promised pics from my feast this weekend. Gained 10 lbs from Friday to this am and feel fat as fucc now. Wasn't doing cardio on this bulk but will b now lol

Got damn bro ! I'm going next time idc what anyone says lol that looks great ! As far as the 10lbs heavier feeling remember it's more then likely brand new muscle cuz that food is straight gains lol for real thou probably mostly water weight hit the cardio and up the water intake and you'll be good homie!

Cardio was tougher today couldn't get the heart going and my legs get like jello but sill rode the bike for 10 minutes between 115-125bpm and a higher resistance. I have class tonight teacher said we'll be doing abs again lol not too much weight training going on for a weight training class but she said well be measuring bf % ... Lol bet whatever she uses reads 20+% just cuz I know there's no quality equipment in there so my hopes for an accurate reading are not high

Awesome progress. Your lower back will pick things up quick. Getting back into dead is a great call, the whole chain will thank you fir it and it'll trickle into batter lifts all around. And 345x2 after not doing then for a while is no f ing joke. Awesome

Now some lunch for your viewing pleasures Invalid Link Removed 2 oz of egg noodles with 8oz of chicken and 1/8 cup raw unsalted almonds so 46protein 30 carbs 10g fat . I try to be as strict as possible and not deviate much from the plan so I normally won't make changes to the chicken and rice but 1 or 2 maximum 3 meals a week I have no problem making a healthy substitution in this case changing the rice for natural egg noodles or the veggie pasta which you guys have seen after all 42 meals a week of you change 3 for still healthy options with similar macros I don't believe damage can be done , and that's something you get to figure out what works for you. My wise words of wisdom for the day haha. And also I'm sticking to 1 cheat meal every 2 weeks this won't work if you're having s cheat meal every other day haha

I looked all over the place the other day, walmart, target and NoOne sells abs. Guess Ill have to work to get some like that

Lmao I got mine at Home Depot bro they helped me build them to my size just ended up putting 1 layer of fat too many. They told me it was for protection haha
