Yeah guys. To make ya'll feel better. I'm going to a weekend with college buddies. About 12-15 guys each year get together in a cabin and we do our draft. But other than that were smack dab in the middle of the woods with about 20 bottles of goose and 1000 $ worth of really unhealthy food. I always try to be good with diet but always get talked into a shot or two and next thing I know I'm knee deep in nachos and pulled pork. Guaranteed 7 lbs heavier on Monday. So eat that sushi, appetizers and chipotle and smile bc your meals will b diet fare compared to what I'll be eating

Got damn it that "refeed" meal last night (not cheat meal) did my body some fuccing good ! Felt great and full today at 194
the leg day was straight from the playbook of hell
Squats
135 3x20 (25 reps on rest pause last set)
Leg press
4 plates each side 3x20 (30reps on drops last set)
Seated leg curls
80 3x30 (50 reps rest pause last set)
Leg extensions
70 3x30 (40 reps rest pause last set)
10 minutes on the bike high resistance 145-155bpm whole time
Still felt good so hit some abs after which get great
