Football, Flexatril, and Scivation Perform ** Weekly Giveaway **

Lets think RG3 here and how he went downhill after his knee injury.
Hope its not the same for bridgewater.

RG3 was forced to play on an injured knee though. Shanahan ruined his career IMO.

But, Thomas Davis is still a beast after 3 ACL tears

Love hearing this man. 1Fast400 enjoys seeing honest feedback. We have more flavors on the horizon too! Hope you consider picking them up based off how you enjoy the Perform on your training and cardio.

What's cardio??? Haha

Frank gore is another prime example. Tore two just in college

Thought you did a lot of fasted cardio ?

When I do cardio, yes, usually... However I haven't done any targeted cardio in a long time. Pretty much since I ran that half marathon last October ha. Only time I really do anymore is when I don't have any form of gym

Fly home all day today from out west.
I swear if I have any plane delays and miss the notre dame game.. Someone will be hurt.. And they better stream it on the airplane if I do get delayed...
LETS GO IRISH!! :)

-Bears release K Robbie Gould (all time leading scorer for the club) and signed former Packer G Josh Sitton to a 3yr $21.5mil deal with $10mil gtd

-Steelers placed LB Bud Dupree on IR

-Pats signed former Titans RB Bishop Sankey to their practice squad

-Chargers claim former Giants RB Andre Williams

-Titans claim former Jets TE Jace Amaro (IR last year)

-Dolphins claim former Titans WR Justin Hunter

-Ravens could bring back Forsett....who they just cut

-Texans JJ Watt is expected to play in their opener....after a back surgery in the offseason

I like the pick up of Justin Hunter. Landry and him both played on UT. Interesting grab to say the least.

I love football. I don't love not having cable....haha

I used to be so much more in tune with CFB and the NFL. Makes me sad. Plus, I am pretty sure my team is going to be a dumpster fire

I love both. A bigger CFB Fan myself. Notre Dame with a hard loss last night in 2 OT vs Texas. Was awesome to see some big upsets in week 1, and the SEC taking some heat for big losses. It may be just me, but i think LSU has been the most overrated CFB Team the last few years.

Bama looked unstopable, and if their freshman QB's mature they will be a force for the national championship.
Ole Miss vs FSU should be a great game.

I love both as well. Up until about the age of 28 I was able to immerse myself in it. Knowing random-ass players no one else knew. I used to follow all kinds of stuff. Hockey, basketball, baseball. Ate, breathed, and slept sports until about 23. haha

Kaepernick jerseys are now the 2nd most popular sold on NFL.com, surpassing OBJ & behind Ezekiel Elliott

- Seattle Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane said he heard from San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick last week after Lane sat during the national anthem prior to the team's fourth preseason game.

"He reached out to me and just told me thank you, standing behind me," Lane said.

Drew Brees' agent, Saints talking contract, but little progress made

Going over either score or the total points?

Ex 14-7 Pitt guess (21 total); 12-10 Pitt actual (22 total but over Pitt)

Steelers
14-10
And piggybacking on earlier comments, so glad football is back! I'm more of a college fan but really enjoy both

What if you guess 24 Steelers - 17 Washington and its 10 steelers 30 Washington. Over 14 and under 14
30-10 would not be a close score if the final score was 24-17 for example.
especially if someone guessed 21-17 or 21-14 they would get the win in this case.

Score
If final score is 21-17 and you guess 24-17 your over
Looking for closest score without going over

Yeah clearly you aren't following me but since I'm not planning on entering this contest I won't try to break it down for you.

Yeah bob, we need to know if both guess scores have to be under both actuals, just the total under the actuals, or do you want to just say closest total gap (say +3 for one team -1 for the other for a total of off by 4)

Yes that's what he is looking score. Think price is right rules. Closest without going over

^^ Zing...
This is not about spread its about NOT Going over but having the closest score to the final outcome of the game.

if the final score is 30-21 and you guessed 30-24 your over if you guessed 27-21 you would be the winner.
If you guessed 40-10 that would not be considered a winning guess because you were way over with one team at 40 and one team at 10 (even though total number of points is 50). Pretty straight forward here, It is not about total points just not going over period with either team.

35-21 if you guessed 28-21 you would be the winner if nobody else was closer etc....

Denver holds out. That defense played well so did the first time starting QB
how about the FB for Denver.. first carry in the NFL for a TD. that has to be a good feeling.

That and the QB looking solid. The batted ball pick is more of a fluke (still a mistake but not downright awful and more of those are just batted down than not), and the other pick wasn't terrible -- underthrown while under pressure (had his man open, just not enough on it -- no double coverage or anything). His first sidearm pass was legit. Will be interesting to follow him.

I just hope Cam doesn't have a concussion or any leg damage. He is a tough (and big) dude, but 2 helmet to helmet hits (and a 3rd counting the one he delivered while running the ball out of bounds), plus the way his legs bent on that sack made me very leary.

Kelvin looked awesome. Really hope he stays healthy on his leg. Him and Greg really open things up for Cam.

Late in the game they just relied too heavily on the run game and it wasn't as successful as the first half.

Cam looked good but he flat out can't make it through a season at that rate. He'll be lucky to make half taking those kind and volume of hits.

Big Ben is a tough SOB, though. He's been beat the hell up and still gets out there.

Romo is too, though. I'm a Giants fan but romo has heart for sure.
Ben is tough, Romo gets his ass beat... When he plays. But if I had to go toughest qbs big Ben is top
