I have NHL 17 beta I'm thinking about getting it and downloading the full version for free
How does one aquire full version for free....I think all us guys need to get it and form up a team "the meatheads," I want FireTitan as my defensive partner!
 
My internet at my property is non-existent. I use my phone and even then it cuts in and out. I miss online gaming....:( haha

Ok, Your pretty open to carbs which leaves you quite a bit of room for different foods. For convenience;

Whole Wheat Flatbread Gyro (400c/30p/23f/20c) - per serving (makes 3-4 servings)

1lb lamb/beef/chicken (300/26/21/0)
1 head lettuce (basically none)
1 package whole wheat flatbread (100/4/2/20)
1 onion (basically none)
1 teaspoon black pepper, salt, oregano, rosemary, thyme
Traditional Greek Seasoning
1 clove garlic
Tzatziki Sauce

1. Slice meat about 2-3mm thick and as long as possible. Dice onion. Mince garlic. Mix the spices together and add 1-2 teaspoon Greek seasoning (or however much you like for flavor). Prep and clean lettuce like usual.

2. Grab saute pan, add 2 tbs oil if its not non-stick. Put in the meat you chose and add seasoning sparingly so there's enough for all of the meat. Cook the meat until its cooked through.

3. Take the flatbread, add the seasoned meat, lettuce, onion and a little bit of garlic. Add Tzatziki Sauce.


I just buy the Tzatziki Sauce from the store. Never personally made it. But this recipe takes about 30 minutes total and makes 3-4 gyros that can be taken with and eaten later. You can always add more meat for more protein. I use Lamb because its high in protein and not much else. I use 2 lbs per 4 servings.

That's the majority of mine as well, just cause my wife is so picky its not worth doing more. But at the fire station.... Different story and i need new stuff

Mine is more ease and convenience. Luckily, I don't hate the way I eat. Between work and 3 boys 11 and under and my wife, the last thing I want to stress about is so is a constantly changing meal plan. Haha the weekends could use help, though

Yes sir! I understand. I do a lot with venison in the fall/winter. Tonight Im using MTS machine whey Apple Pie and making pancakes! Should be boss!!
 
They're good big homie! I used PB2 Myofeed the last time. But I use bisquick heart healthy mix and then the protein,2 cups to 1, egg whites and Almond milk. Fricken great! Top it with Carys sugar free syrup and BOOM!!

Nice!! Just got back from the gym and will be looking for it. I do however have a very simple one! Add vanilla protein to your eggs when you scramble them. It makes them taste like a wee bit of syrup has crossed the danger zone on your plate!!
