You've seen her, the other day I was supine under my desk fixing something and when I looked up she was standing over top of me setting some stuff down on the desk next to mine.. hate to admit it but I kinda missed that view

I'm really starting to think I need the procedure done from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind in regards to her.
 
Found my thread, finally, down at bottom of pile collecting dust.
So i finally, FINALLY pulled 405 again after dealing with this foot-nerve-tumor bulls#it for like 4-5 months, wife hit 225# on her deadlift. Finished out the night with reps of 10-12 each leg 350# on incline sled. All around awesome end to a ****ty day! Still tender on running... But I'd say 80% recovery.
 
For sure... Got shoulders tonight. Need to make them make them rear delts cry, going to try hairygrandpas instructional video tonight and possibly make some video s for y'all on reverse benching and my newest upper chest creation front delt creation.

Yep, you need to do that. Im going to try the reverse grips again on my next chest day, like in a month or two, lol. But videos are a necessity, it keeps me from having to google things.

Video Update, my gym is kind of loud so I filmed outside to basically tell you guys, not everyone's grip we be exactly the same, you'll need to try a few "empty reps" to find out where your hands should be to feel the pectorals fire and then start with a light weight.

Wife forget to press camera button for the final vid so I gave up as I was exhausted lol but basically final upper chest movement is a variation of front dumbbell raises, only instead of overhand or neutral grip straight in front you do a slight cross body movement (one hand at a time) with palms up and slight elbow bend. You want to lock the elbow to the side and really squeeze the upper chest to raise the weight. If anyone really wants I can try to make another video.

Legs Day, knee was a bit iffy today and gym was so hot I was getting nauseas,

I had Catalyst by Momentum Nutrition about 30 minutes before workout and felt pumped. One thing I can say about muggy days like though is they are perfect for adding aminos intra workout.

For squats I had 175x12 wu, then 185x12 wu.
Working sets 275x5 then 255x8x4, pretty lackluster I know...would have been hella disappointed but then I did BFR leg extensions with the tourniquet straps FireTitan hooked me up with. My quads pumped up insane.

Removed straps and did 50 ELx15 and the burn/pump was insane!!!

Finished out with high sled leg presses (still can't do calf raises due to Neuroma, hopefully next month)

560x12 right into deathwish drop set!!! So after that 4th set of 560 I went right in 540x12-490x12-400x12-200x12 my legs we're ****ing screaming!

Then wife dragged me to Hoss's and force fed me like 80pounds of desserts against my will!!! So cheat meal on diet, now off to walk the dogs! Catch ya'll later!!
