Video Update, my gym is kind of loud so I filmed outside to basically tell you guys, not everyone's grip we be exactly the same, you'll need to try a few "empty reps" to find out where your hands should be to feel the pectorals fire and then start with a light weight.

Wife forget to press camera button for the final vid so I gave up as I was exhausted lol but basically final upper chest movement is a variation of front dumbbell raises, only instead of overhand or neutral grip straight in front you do a slight cross body movement (one hand at a time) with palms up and slight elbow bend. You want to lock the elbow to the side and really squeeze the upper chest to raise the weight. If anyone really wants I can try to make another video.

Legs Day, knee was a bit iffy today and gym was so hot I was getting nauseas, for squats I had 175x12 wu, then 185x12 wu.
Working sets 275x5 then 255x8x4, pretty lackluster I know...would have been hella disappointed but then I did BFR leg extensions with the tourniquet straps FireTitan hooked me up with. My quads pumped up insane.
