Yeah it's brutal on tris from that angle. That constant resistance is no joke.I like to do that with tris. Drop the cable down to the bottom and do incline skull crushers. Seems to really isolate those tris.

Hard to say. I seem to push myself harder when Im using something so Its hard to say whether Im doing more myself or if its the supplement. I have noticed what seems like a quicker recovery time, and more drive to get it done. Physique wise, I can see a difference, but Ive also upped my cardio and still finishing up my Shred Ultra. Still a little soon, I figured by the end of next week I will be able to tell for sure. I can say this, although I added more reps overall to my bent over barbell rows, 225 moved easier today, which is a plus in my book

3 sets high handles 12 reps
2 sets middle level 12 reps....yep 9 g0ddamn sets of flies right out the gate.
Incline bb press, 12x3 add weight and 8x12
Flat bench dumbbell flies 12x4, drop weight 15-20 for one.
Hell on earth Super set time
Incline db press WITH incline hex press 12x5
Incline db flies 12x3
Finisher super set...
Dumbbell Decline bench 12-15x3 with AMRAP chest dips, also 3 sets...
Keep those traps and delts locked into the bench your form should be perfect and the pump should be insane. Don't be surprised if you lactate protein shake, that just means you did it right...

If you can't do 30 dips at the end of 3 sets (due to strength issues, not injury related) your lifting card is revoked...On the other hand, when you say failure, people might think"oh i bet he did 5", where as AMRAP has them wondering what it stands for, and by the time they figure it out you can convince them you did 25 to 30

No buddy just accumulative, my first set is around 20, 16 or do second, and then final set is lucky if I can rep past 15.

I know its late, but Im awake at work, and something just dawned on me. thebigt was asking me some questions, and Ive just realized that ever since yesterday my appetite has increased. I woke up for a medical call at 0230 yesterday at the fire department, and had to have something to eat. I have been hungry all day today. I guess this is a good thing! criticalbench you can join in too!

It's not wrist pain. Well it is but I had surgery on. Had an evolsion fracture and blah blah blah. Currently in therapy.
By all means lifted. If you have a routine for evolsion fractures send it over. I can't wait to try some of your other ridiculous routines. Here's what I'm looking for: my flexion and extension rom both sit at around 40degrees. I'd like to get that to 90. Also I have no feeling in my thumb and first three fingers. I'd like that back. There's your goals.
