I know. The chicken carbonara has about 300 carbs total per meal and you can adjust the protein/carb ratio with the chicken bacon and pasta. Mad protein in it though.

when I was 38 I was doing 345 for 4, had a shirt that had a bent barbell loaded down that said 300 club. now I max at 285, but rarely go that high....do I miss being that strong...yeah sometimes, but experiences form you...and I am glad to have had that experience!!!
 
Not sure what I'm trying to prove to myself, but I've accepted that I'm not gonna be bighulksmash strong. Just happy to be able to hit the gym regularly and keep up with the kids at the Spartan races.

I'm only here for moral support and comic relief.

a lot of it is genetics...even with all the roids that bb'ers use, they had great genetics to start out with.


maybe you could out run hulk in a 50, lol.

I prefer to think that FireTitan has so much knowledge, and cares so much about his fellow man, that he selflessly spends his free time helping to educate those less fortunate souls.

Or maybe that's complete bull **** and he just wants to post shirtless pics and this is the best place to do it. It's one or the other.

I agree, partially. I had a close friend that I knew since I was 4, who I relied on, take his life a couple years ago. Still hurts deep I side. But I still have a lot from what we shared. I do t feel that I had it and lost it. I had it, and I will always have it. But I lost the future that I always took for granted. A future I never had...so I didn't lose it really, and I focus on what I can carry with me. I am a better man for having known him.

Life is full of pain. But we often find light in the darkness. The candle burns brightest in the dark.
