Sent on with info. I think I read that this should absorb within an hour? So if I apply at 545 and shower Post workout at 730 should be good?
 
Im seeing very noticable visual changes in a matter of a few days... tightening up of the belly... and stretch marks / loose skin showing overnight.

Matt, I got mine today, but I am leaving on a beach vacation next week. Due to the water retention issues are you ok if I start SN after vacay?

yeah that should be fine. So around the 5th or 6th?
 
Dosage is a little smaller than a silver dollar. Should cover the entire ab area, nipples to under the belt line and all the way around to the spine.

After shower, assuming that's in the morning. For the logs, twice a day dosing is requested, yes.

You don't want two applications that close together. Save the second dose for later in the afternoon or before bed.
 
mmmm so how big is a silver dollar?

im surprised no one else has mentioned the smell of this stuff yet! Smells like motor oil, started sleeping with a shirt on because it contaminated the sheets.

Not sure how big a silver dollar is but pretty sure i have been using more than that. Advice for all is to shake the bottle well before application.
 
The smell HAS been mentioned several times, but maybe not so much in this thread.

Yeah, it's noticeable but not terribly offensive. I did decide to not apply it before Church. Other than that, it's on constantly.

lol calm down bro. For the record not one person in this thread has mentioned smell prior to me saying it, I'm not saying its a deal breaker but people would definitely want to be aware in case they had something coming up and didn't want to smell like motor oil during (ie. going to the beach, sex, etc.).
 
The only way for me to cut that down would be to rip you guys off and send you a weaker product, so that's not gonna happen.

Guess I've been using these for so long that I don't even notice the smell anymore.

A silver dollar is a circle about 1.5 inches in diameter.

Yeah, I don't do that. To be clear, nothing I've posted about the smell has been a complaint. Just feedback.

Seriously though, if anyone expected it to smell like roses, think again. Matt doesn't mess around and gives us potent stuff because he doesn't compromise. That's why we are loyal Evomuse fans. If the smell us that off-putting, add a touch of d-limonene to the bottle. Looking forward to everyone's logs with this.
