Don't think I forgot about the love of my life lmao, just haven't used as I said I'm trying to keep it at 3 days a week so tomorrow I'll be using it for leg day again , just because it was a beautiful pump at half dose I neeeeed it at full dose

Alright gents, leg day went down! Had to go to a different gym so I was kind of out of place but still got it in and pump was there!
Squats , leg press , leg curls , leg extensions 5 sets each 8-12 reps and 10 minutes on the bike with BP at 135-145. I tried getting a pic of the legs for you fellas but nothing I'm proud of lol so sorry, still pj going strong and still favorite pump product out
 
Took a nap after the workout and woke up legs still got a pump haha I'm boutta make a shirt that says
Alpha <3s PLASMAJET !
Really excited about trying superpump 250 and PLASMAJET should take things to another level of swolenes !
 
Haha looking forward to the shirt. Leg day sounded like it was a good one, and you're not kidding about PJ + SP250.. going to be a hell of a ride.
 
Had a high rep low weight day and PLASMAJET came through like if Zeus shot a lighting bolt right to me, it was an amazing chest and back pump and again on the bike felt like my legs got a pump two whole weeks of use and it still hitting full force
 
Another high rep day on shoulders today with multiple supersets and the pump was HOLY , I go to sleep at night dreaming of that kind of pump lol great stuff anyone who has not tried it needs to get a box, I can guarantee almost everyone who uses it one day , 4 pills ,would get a box

High-rep or go home! Sounds like the pump was very real.
 
Perhaps I overlooked it, have you tried Plasmajet in a upon waking fasted state and with a meal or 2 in ur system?

Yes sir , I only slightly pointed it out but I have tried waking and fasted (most workouts) with only carbs preworkout (sometimes) and on my days off work (once a week) I have it in the middle to end of the day with couple meals in me , I've tried that without and with other pre workouts as well every time it comes up excellent obviously slightly better with carbs but great even without it!

Today's workout was great I killed some arms a workout from Jim stoppanis 6 weeks to sick arms 25-30 rep supersets at one point I was using 10 lb dbs lol
Seated Overhead tricep ext/ Close grip 4 sets 25-30 reps each
Tricep push down / overhead cable tricep extension 3 sets 25-30 reps each
Incline Db curl / standing alternating Db curl 3 sets 25-30 reps each
Rope hammer curls/ cable curls
3 sets 25 - 30 reps each
Skull crushers/ standing bar curl 2 sets 8-10 reps each
Tricep push down/ cable curl 2 sets 8-10 reps

Pump was out of this world , and I've done this workout before but with the plasma jet the pump was like 5 levels up!

Haha thanks man it was beyond kick ass ! Like I just said on my other thread , everyone on PJ needs to try this workout on arm day , if they choose not to they must send me 4 caps to redo this workout on pj lmao
 
Leg day no pj , still going to get 5 training days with pj this week but legs were too sore lol if id gotten a pump I woulda had to keep the weight for everything at 10 lbs

This workout sounds like a killer especially with pj and sp250 i was thinkn bout upin the dosage of pj to 6 caps just to see what ot does
 
Yesterday hit back but had a horrible mishap, cut a 4 pack of pj and put it in my hoodie pocket , dog started crying , took hoodie off to walk dog ended up in the gym with no hoodie, no pj, no dog, and a broken heart. Today hit chest took 4 pj with 2 caps of dmaa and 1 yohimbe cap and the workout was crazy the pump was tremendous this can definitely be my actual preworkout, just gunna drop the dmaa to 1 cap I got 4 workouts left with this box of pj but will definitely order another box this weekend

it would almost be a waste to use it on non-training days, i personally do not use it on leg days either, so that leave me to 4 days a week here.

EDIT: maybe i would use it before i went to the beach :)

My bad guys don't know how I missed this! Been using pj 4-5 days a week on leg day I'll use it at half dose and i just used it at 3 caps it was still on point !
 
Agreed. Do not use on Off days (it's not needed) and you may want to try and resist using it on Leg Day as well. Depends on the level of "comfort" you want in your Quads when getting that pump.

I wouldn't recommend using PJ any more than 4, at most 5, days per week.

Been doing Cardio but officially back in the gym and PJ in the bag.....cant wait to check it out.
