Becoming Spartan with Andromax *sponsored*

Well I just knocked out my morning abs. Im gonna try and do something Ab related everyday. This morning was 15sets of 10 with 10-15 sec rests. Last five sets were weighted using my kids as dbs. Lol. Two sets at 30lbs two sets at 35lbs and one set at 65. Lol. They loved "helping" dad.
 
I just want to share some thoughts and experience now. Having gone through one bottle at the recommended dose I can say that this is an effective product. My gains are subtle and dry. I'm an increasing weight in every exercise every day and I'm putting on lean mass. The recommended dose gets you 250 mg of 5a-Andro a day. I feel this is a safe dose but you need more than the four week run for real gains. I feel that the dose could be increased to 350mg or 400 and still be safe so long as you're taking a proper support. I will not be increasing doseage as the bottle says 5 pills a day and this is a log to show the effectiveness of this Spartan creating product. The front of the bottle read alpha male intensity, lean muscle mass, and hardening agent. So far I would say that the product is fulfilling those statements. I can't wait to see what these next four weeks will do!
 
Excellent gym day today. Probably the best I've had in a long time. Had some failures today too. I started with squats as normal and felt real strong with every push. Did 365 super easy. Did 385 super easy. Noticed that one of the guys who is like my gem idol (super strong and big pulls like 7or8 and squats 6) was watching me. I didn't feel like I hit parallel on 385 cause I came out of the hole quick. I asked him and he said "you were below parallel. Just higher than you're warm ups." Which is cool cause my warm ups are atg. Hammies touching calves baby. I told him thanks and started stripping the weights. I was done and moving. He said " WOAH! You ain't getting four plates?" I said no I hadn't planned on it. He said you're a ten plate away from 405 and you're not gonna try? He said he'd spot me if I did. So four plates went on the bar. Four plates went down past parallel and four plates came right back up. He kept me from going to far forward which was nice. Kept me in that parallel plane. But no assist on vertical weight. I was super pumped. Feels freaking awesome to hit 405 again!

On bench press I can get 225 and I know this because I've done it. But I think 185 is about my limit for weight on my wrist. I'm not going to go higher than that for a while. It's fatiguing my wrist quickly.

On deadlifts I failed today. I've reached my limit on grip strength without straps. It's time to start a new strategy and work on my grip strength.

Nice work. I struggle with that kind of weight for good form squats. I got to about 385, but I know I wasn't as deep as I should be. I'm actually re-working on form starting today. Anyhow, enough about me... try some fireman's carry for that grip strength. No less than 70lb dumbbells and honestly, I'd vary from doing walks where you set it down and rest, and also walks where you just go for time & distance
 
Honestly I'm surprised I can get what I can. I've never gone over 345 without straps so this is all new to me. I've been working a lot on stricter form and getting a secure grip. Having to compensate for my wrist I'm making darn sure I'm stable and have a solid grip on everything I do.

I know it sounds silly but record yourself doing squats. That has helped tremendously with my squats. It's hard to watch the mirror the whole time. Also using some sort of seat. I would do seated squats with the seat breaking parallel. A few hundred of those will pretty much hit parallel or better every time. You'll be trained to go low and know what parallel feels like every time.

Thanks for the ideas on grip. I gotta figure out how to fit those in my routines.
 
I keep forgetting to post this. Weighed in at 187 today. That's an 8 pound difference from Friday. Not sure where it came from.

EDIT*** gym scale was off. Just weighed myself again. 180.6. Lol. My bad.

I won't be lifting for a few more hours so I'll be ready to lift by then. Today I will be doing some high volume stuff. I'm gonna try and hit atleast 500reps.

Take care of that bro!! Buy you a bigass bag if epsom salt and soak in it, it does help!
 
So I didn't get to lift today. Long story short spent 6+ hours in the car. That sucked. Plan tomorrow is to hit some shoulders and upper back and throw in some arms.

That soreness may be back pumps if it's isolated to lower back. It's a very weird feeling if you've never had it before but it can be a side from the Andro. If it keeps up try some Taurine.

I mentioned earlier that I thought I may be experiencing back pumps due to how sore I was. I've already started taking extra taurine. I keep that stuff on hand. Lol.
 
Didn't get to lift yesterday but as RED Bull 86 said " happy wife happy life."

I don't think I'm experiencing back pumps. I think I'm just really sore from Monday. Heavy squats and heavy deadlift with bad form. Today during squats I noticed I'm doing like this half ass good morning thing when I go heavy with out a belt. I'm using my lower back to straighten myself up half way through the rep instead of staying up the whole time. Do you get what I'm saying? When I go down I'm nearly straight up and down. But when I come up I'm pushing my legs up, my butt goes up and out and I'm left chest over toes. Then I'm using my lower back and raising the bar back to over my heels and finishing the rep. I noticed this today. I gotta fix this quick or I'm gonna hurt myself. I don't want to rely on the belt all the time to keep my right.

Had a freaking awesome pump today. I wish I could good pics cause I felt like I looked like goodvibes today. Veins look like a roadmap and everything is popping. I'm definitely in the magic period with this. Things are really taking off now. 184 in the gym today and 183.9 at the house. I'm adding weight now too!

I had a short lift this morning. I felt good but at the same time I didn't have the drive today to kill everything. I did work hard and I got it in. I'm getting so much stronger. Every day In the gym is an advancement. I love it. My wrist has been killing me for days and my lower back issues have been subsiding daily. My hand is getting stronger but my wrist can't keep up. I'm not getting all my range back and my feeling is still hindered. I'm getting worried that I may have permanent damage.

My friend... Im glad you posted it!! So let me get a few things off my chest. #1, you made the 315 look like butter. Very smooth. #2, most people, which apparently you are not, will quit after losing their grip, for you to make the adjustment and continue, very impressive. Last but not least, I was so enjoying the video, and then you turned and showed it off, the Batman shirt. I got the warm and fuzzies. Lol. You rocked it brother, be proud

My wife tells our kids I'm batman cause of my toys and gadgets and the latter. I don't think I have a favorite hero though. I'm big on superman cause it'd be awesome to be that strong. I like the punisher too. For obvious reasons. Then there's iron man. Billionaire playboy philanthropist. Yes please. Lol.

Sick lift, only criticism, and I do the same thing, is to not let your hips come up on your initial pull, you can see every lift after that your good. A buddy told me to try to puff chest up higher and drive harder through heels on that first pull. Just my two cents!

I have that issue often with weights I'm really comfortable with. You should see my warm ups. lol. When I do 225 I have to focus on my form or I basically do straight leg deads. I try and do exactly what your buddy said to do on my heavier pulls but sometimes I throw my hips up there. It happens. Thanks for checkin out my vid and by all means keep critiquing. More critiques equals better lifts equals more gains!

I got up at 0530 and played an hour of racquetball after being up 1/2 the night dealing with drunk and overdoses college kids off mom and dads leash for the first time. And Im fixing to go knock out a killer back session before having a night shift at EMS!!! I guess you have a Harley Davidson with zero miles on it in the garage? Might as well if you're going to spend your hard earned money on supplements just have them rot in the cabinet! This is Bull sh1t, and you're better than this,so quit complaining, stop nagging, clean the sand out of your vagina and get your bluelined a$$ to the gym damnit!
