The fact that the fight went 5 rounds was pretty cool I like to watch the way things changed I didn't think Diaz would have handled them like you did last time Connor was ready.
 
After the second round I was literally on the edge of my seat! Haha yeah true but I still favoured Diaz's jujitsu and wrestling but conner held it down, I was impressed and I'm in for a 3rd bout at 155, I think conner might actually knock him out there possibly

Best spots are behind the ear, down the neck and traps...then shoulders and arms. Inner thighs are good too.

Just out of curiosity , how about applying a transdermal to my head? Notmuch fatty tissue at all, bit Im bald as all get out, so no hair, and there are so many blood vessels on your head it's ridiculous!! Just a thought

Well, since you don't wash behind your ears, you may not want to carry some of that crap into your blood stream, haha. I'm not saying directly behind, but I start just below the back of my ear where the skin is thin, pump a trail down my neck, then use a plastic bag and smear it around my neck, traps, shoulders, clavicles, chest for the most part. Then, if I have some on the bag I will go for the arms.

I know my bro i was in top shape from 05 to 08 had it all then boom . 1 half second too late accident almost killed me . Im going back for that ifbb look i want a mix between dennis wolfe and shawn Rhoden
