Yea that looks good. Run the alpha stano 3x day with the td's. That should give you a nice 50-60ish day cycle if I'm not mistaken?

Switch from bodybuilding to German volume training you're not getting enough calories your tdee is too low that's just my opinion

I useta actually do gvt...I just felt it wasnt enough volume for me....truth is i wrecked my metabolism over the years and I'm working to get it working again....

I would blow up on that, in a bad sense, but I'm an old fugger.
If you really plan to run harsher stuff later on, I would use it for a clean cut.

Are the andros worth a damn? I am not quite ready to start pinning yet and I have no desire for the stereotypical orals. But want something a bit stronger than maybe the natural stuff

I figured that you should dose andros pretty high to feel them, on the other hand, I read that andros need certain chems your body produces to convert to the active form. Meaning, you can only dose andros to a certain degree, after that your body can't convert them.
I'm no expert, so take it with a grain of salt.

Yea they are ... 1 and 4 andro are good ive used on a few occasions with great results but i have never ran them transdermal separately .

4 tabs of Hi Tech Androdiol (4DHEA)
4 tabs of Hi Tech 1-AD (1DHEA)
4 tabs of Hi Tech Equibolin (1,4DHEA)
The recommended dose is 2 tabs of each product and he is doubledosing.
He is on 5th week and he does not feel anything at all. Prior the use of andros, he dropped all supplements.
Even Hi Tech use Cyclosome delivery method, those compounds are still VERY underdosed actually.

Alphagainz has had nothing but good reviews. I know people who used it for 8 weeks and packed on some serious muscle . My guy had 10 bottles of 1 ad 10 bottles of 4 ad and 5 bottles of the stano tabs . I known this dude for over 15 yrs . If it was bullshıt he wouldn't have run 7 bottles of each . Although he trains for mostly endurance he is huge and well rounded . Dropped a good 7 to 9 % bf in the run he did plus got real ripped. Thats wat im lookin for !!
