I had 30g cheese earlier. I try and avoid it in the evenings if my fiber is low. Except, pizza.

Now i want this...i love keto foods.

You're pretty much a pro at the baking and food pics now! As for a roller- although they're only $5 at Walmart, you can use a glass or sports bottle. Just place wax paper or plastic wrap over the top if needed. I've used anything from and cup to a wine bottle before. Haha

As high as I can get them comfortably. Just below crotch and angled upward as it wraps out.

I had big plans of coming to the hunting camp tonight to crank up the truck, relax, and catch up here. A lightning storm struck the camper next door and the current travelled through the power connections and fried my fridge, my lights, and most receptacles. I'm not looking forward to figuring this crap out. No fuses blown, only one breaker tripped.

Yikes. Hope this works out. Did you know that there should be a proper "grounding rod" driven into the ground and wired to the neutral of the breaker box? If you don't have that, it needs to be installed.

It's the 120 to 12v converter making the noise. It's shot.

So, lost a fridge and a converter. Not so bad.
 
There's a Bailey's in the city I hunt so I got a session in on the way out. Another squat singles day, this time no light headed feeling but they felt heavy. Not bad considering all things.

More frequent smaller sessions is best in a deficit I've found. You don't have the endurance for long sessions and it provides activity as many days of the week as you like. Your garage setup makes this even easier!

Keto taco shell. All cheese. This was just a test, I'm going to do tacos sometime this week. I still haven't done the pizza.
 
I used this brownie recipe but used 0% Greek Yogurt in place of unsweetened applesauce. Being that you aren't on low carb I'd stick to the recipe and maybe do peanut butter instead of almond butter.

"The Tiger's Lair" or "The Tiger Den"...or "McDonald's". You could really throw people off with the last one when they think you've been going to eat like a slob every day and you keep showing up in better and better shape
