Pure palatinose for carbs before workout?

How about 30g pure palatinose (carbs) before workout for energy and possible pump?

No worries guys, it gives some extra energy for sure , so I'm answering my own question with a YEP:-)
 
Palatinose is a decent choice for pre workout energy. It burns pretty evenly so it should help throughout the W/O. Might not have the effect you want for pumps though

No, no effect for pumps:-)
I'll go for 6 g citruline, 1 g agmatine, 3 g creatine nitrate, and a little arginine instead for off cycle pumps:-)
