Post workout mixes

I'll do pes select with 5g creatine monohydrate and usually through some unflavored bcaa's in there if I have them on hand. Then some triumph if I'm not out haha

What's everyone on AM using for their post workout mix?!?

For me post workout it's
5gr SNS L-Leucine
10gr SNS creatine monohydrate

Then 15ish min later

2.5 scoops true nutritiom Whey iso
2.5 scoops true nutrition HBCD
1 low fat bagel

Like the leucine but not sure you need 10g creatine.

whole milk fairlife
xf ultra peptide or and metabolic nutritions musclean
blended up IQF Fruits sometimes additional oat flour for more carbs

I dun already took all the HBCD in pre/intra ;)

Since I use Intra Carbs, I just drink a Select Shake post workout. I like keeping it simple.

That's milk is so good, dairy has been my crux the last few months though.

My plan will be switching up to include hbcd intra here soon I imagine. Great for recovery

What's your favorite flavor? Simple is the way to go!

For my intra carb/eaa product, it's Orange flavored, and my Select shakes range from Frosted Cupcake, Gourmet Vanilla, Snickerdoodle, and Cookies and Cream.

Haven't tried frosted cupcake yet. Other PES flavors just didn't do it for me they weren't bad. Great formula though

I mostly got all of my stuff off insiders. The profile + the deals with low cost shipping are unbeatable, and it tastes pretty good to me. The only other protein I use is MyProtein.

Depending on the day, it could range from plain non fat Greek yogurt, flavored Greek yogurts, 1 scoop of select, eggs, sweet potatoes, candy or whatever I want. Basically, food.

I take PowerMax XT pre workout, which covers my TMG, COP, creatine, etc.

I had to improvise pre workout yesterday and had a salted carmel zero Greek yogurt. Added 2 splenda packets and put on a carmel rice cake and it was banging.

I love the Greek Zero yogurts. They are great for protein and fiber. I purchased a 16 pack for just over $9 last week.

don't really.
5g for 30 days, then 3-5g on workout days. NO need to load or cycle your creatine:

Total body creatine pool turnover is ~2 grams per day. So, if you've neared saturation from use of creatine over an extended period of time, then you are not going to retain more than ~2 grams no matter what. ~3 grams (+/- a little dpending upon LBM) is really all that's needed. As you can see from the Cr group below, most of the 10 grams of creatine taken at once goes down the toilet.

My post-workout: 1 scoop of whey, 1.5 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of skim milk, and 2 tablespoons peanut butter
