Are JYM products the most overrated on the market?

Bulk ingredients from SNS > Amazon. The only advantage Amazon may have is free prime shipping, but you'll be paying significantly more for the same ingredients.

So what I'm getting from this is you'd rather be stimmed out of your mind than use a product that will give you visible results. If you need to be stimmed out of your mind to have a good workout then you're doing it wrong. I have ran about 4 tubs of Pre jym and it works simple as that now I won't be buying it anymore because of his attitude towards other companies but that's fine so many products that can deliver. Pre jym is designed for performance and results and I think I can comfortable say the #1 thing we all are looking for are results.

I think on OL website they have their creatine/betaine product for like $5 last I checked. I stocked up awhile ago and mix it w/ conqu3r unleashed.

I know what you're saying, but just in scientific enquiry we try to disprove the null for the above reasons. We might know how something works to an extent, but can we guarantee that something will work for everyone? There are always outliers. Even with creatine.

If there are outliers, magic aside, then there must be some empirical, measurable, causal reason why. As such, fully within the realm of scientific understanding. A complete understanding of creatines MoA would be able to sufficiently account for outliers.
 
The problem is most of his products are GOOD aside from Pro Jym (id rather WPI) and his carb matrix (rather HBCD); its him calling out other brands that are just as good or better like NutraBio. If your going to call someone out call a ****ty brand out.

I like the fact the Pre Jym ISN'T focused on slamming your body with a **** ton of stims that might temporarily stimulate CNS to give little boosts in strength but rather focuses on proven ingredients that increase focus and alertness...similar to SNS Focus XT...the only Gripe i have with Pre Jym is i would have liked to see Beta Alanine at 3.2g instead of 2g...its just an odd dose when everything else in the product is perfect...

Also his approach to his multi vitamin product Vita Jym is applauded as most sports nutrition companies produce a multi vitamin with a **** ton of vitamins and minerals all thrown in without any methodical thought to it at all...

Jim needs to branch out of BB.com and expand to other retailers and scale back on the videos, lol. I'm not sure if that will ever be an option but time will tell
 
Good ole Jym is currently in litigations with BB.com and is also making alot of false claims. I encourage you all to check out some of his most recent videos and his battle with NutraBio

I didn't like Jim before he had his line out. Still don't like him now. He will get none of my money.
 
Just tried some of the myprotein whey&casein blend choco milk flavor, it's excellent and cheap.
 
Jym products aren't bad at all. I haven't used but as far as bb.com they were probly the best on there at the time. I wouldnt say they are overrated, they are solid, it's just that there are alot of other options available. He's just been really pompous lately. Couple that with that fact that listening to a video of him speak for more than 60 seconds is excruciating, it's like he has no inflection in his voice lol (So boring)and I'm good on him all together. Gotta love his shread diet including gummybears though

I mean bro we all can read labels.. it's not hard to tell he has alot of clinically dosed and patented ingredients. They are solid products, science backed. Just imo. Nothing special, alot of companies that we are familiar with have equal or better

Yea I mean taste who knows. Protein aside, because it's like food for me and needs to taste good, I don't care how it tastes if it works. I hate powdered drinks anyways. If it was up to me it would all be pills, especially preworkout.
 
Naw flavor is good and ingredients are solid, it's the price-to-serving ratio that sucks.

Gotcha. Personally I don't think alot of his stuff even fits my regimen. Not drinking that dextrose, not taking beta alanine and not giving up my select and myofeed lol.
 
He's his own worst enemy. I'd use his stuff if it was price comparable - dosing/quality/transparency I like. He's an a$$ though, and the "shillery" got worse with every additional product he added.
 
I'm also in the camp of don't care about taste as long as something works. I would swallow **** flavored pills if it could 100% guarantee me a body like Arnold.

Transparents Labs Pre workouts are mega dosed but taste like ass.
 
That is the big difference between todays generation and us old folks, it's all about flavor now where back in the day, everything had 2 flavors @ss and gasoline :sad3:
 
Yeah I don't wanna waste money on something that tastes great but is just a placebo (or worse, tastes great and does harm to my body). I sort of prefer horrible tasting stuff in a way because when you think about it all the stuff outside of fruit that tastes good (cake, cookies, candy) is the stuff that isn't good for you. The stuff that you really should be eating (liver, plain grilled chicken, certain fish) is horrible tasting.
 
Any whey protein i take has to be at least 80% protein and has to be both Whey and Casein, most cheap protein powders are in the low 70s, Jym protein is around 68% protein. Do your Math when deciding on purchasing a Protein powder or watch the video by NutraBio to learn more. Most supplements are full of Hype and directed towards Kids.

what I think is funny is if you look in the Pro JYM reviews, a bunch of people say "I trust Stoppani and its good to know I am not putting chemicals or artificial ingredients in my body"... which I have to laugh at bc they obviously didn't read the labels and all the additives there are in there

That's the deal with the JYM army is a bunch of mindless followers that buy what he tells them. I popped into a GNC while waiting for some takeout and had the salesperson tell me their products are great. JYM is a name and people buy based on that. In his videos he makes reference to the JYM army. Its laughable.

So who do you want to see emerge victorious from the law suit: Stoppani or BB.com? Hahahaha! I gotta say, I (usually, but not always) root for the person over the corporation.
 
I'm pulling for BB.com now after seeing the PP blog on how Jim might not have actually formulated Pre-Jym and other products like he claimed.

I'm typically a David over Goliath kinda guy...but in this case I'm not so sure. Jim killed his credibility with all the lies he's told, so I'm not sure who to believe. I don't pay much attention to these matters, but I don't recall BB.com being an overly litigious company, so if I had to guess, I'd say Jimbo is probably in the wrong here...again.

Thanks man. I used to work for bb.com so I actually have insider insight on this topic. I have no idea about this 3 year contract business but he definitely didn't formulate the product.
