When I saw him, it was not a vid he uploaded. Don't remember what I was searching but I saw him in a vid with hippies at an convention, doing all that crazy inhaling- exhaling + mumbling gibberish stuff and shaking their bodies . Hard to explain ... just batsh1t crazy people making knots in their legs, exhaling explosively with snot flying out their noses, you know.
 
Went to a doc got tested and my levels are extremely low. My doctor says it is due to the midnight shift and lack of sleep. Six months after my run my test levels stabilized back to the lower fours. Almost a year and a couple months later it is at 260. Trying to figure out what I am going to do from here.

You are looking better and better every time I check in. Hopefully there were no more robberies at your place.

With your levels I would try clomid for a couple of months, I heard that docs use to prescribe it in cases like yours.
As for me, battling all kind of real life demons on a daily base but no robbery for now. The gym is a good tool to combat the daily stress.
Yes, I think I'm making progress, especially since I renounced to the cut- and bulk method. Now I imposed just some simple rules to my eating habits and feel much more satisfied. Will it get me shredded? I doubt it, but at least I don't feel guilty when having some beers, LOL.

Do another cycle, you will feel better in an instant, after that, take the clomid for extended time and check your blood afterwards, it's worth a try before jumping on TRT.

No cycles for me right now. I am just going to work with my doc, take it cautiously and see which is best right now.

As it is self prescribed and I have no easy way to get blood tests, I find me always fiddling with AI doses out of gyno fears.
Besides that it changed my life for the better in many ways. I feel more energetic, less lethargic and do not break under pressure as fast as before.

At 150mg/week I feel good, at 500mg/week better :)

I'll cruise and blast my way until the end.

-explosive verbal outbursts x3

-running around while pointing finger at son, then to my head, questioning mental sanity of my offspring x2
-walking into kitchen -and back while loudly repelling sudden alliance between wife and son x2

All in all, good session.
Hopefully my son takes school more seriously now -after giving him an idea how his homeless future may look like.

I can't help but to laugh at this...very clever HG. If that counts as a session, then surely my daily fight with the wife counts for 2-a-days!

Nope, wrote it in the "pump log" too.
I'm giving it the benefit of a doubt since Chest/Back hardly gives noticeable pumps, if you don't do deadlifts with rest pause sets.
Imagine it would work, the benefits would be huge, especially for lowering BP while on oral cycles.
Today will be another shoulder burn out, pump will be felt, the question is, if the product can prolong it.

never had a full bottle, but had 6 sample packs...I took 1 a day mostly for the health benefits. to many variables involved in BP but I did have a doc appointment while I was using it and BP was slightly lower than normal.

That gives me hope.
Will keep an eye on BP and compare the values with "off" days, will be interesting.
 
what signs are noticeable?

Have an BP monitor.
I sometimes feel when I have high BP, especially when the time for cool-off after training is extended, also a higher heart rate on the bike.
When having low BP, my limbs get cold, fast cool-down, low HR.
