Chambers can be modded. Meaning a .380
Can look like a .22 . Vise versa , not trying to stir up shyt . But I have even seen sniper rifle mods for velocity vs distance. Awesome shyt . I myself tend to favor m14a .

what about camera mounted to cop car...what about camera mounted to building facing the street...as always there are things they do not tell us in an ongoing investigation...I admit it looks bad at 1st glance, but this is America and people are entitled to due process, I have been burned before by jumping to a conclusion before ALL the facts are in!!!

if the cop is guilty fry his arse, but I am not going to condemn anyone ever again until I know the whole story---except Obama and hillary!!!

I dont know what the laws are, in the state that happened, about a cops and cameras and voice recordings. But in idaho all cops have them but they never have them plugged in unless they feel like it or in danger. So in other words never, and i cant tell you how many times it has screwed people becuase the cops are douches.

I literally got pulled over for speeding and the got said i was going 35 over(i was speeding but doing maybe 5 over), when i asked how did he come up with my speed he said, and i quote "I visually estimated your speed". So then i called him out in it so he tried to searching my car and also tried call the k9 unit on me because quote "are you trafficking methamphetamine?!?!"

I told if to fck off, i know my rights and i dont have to wait here for the k9 unit to come. So i went to court to protest the ticket, showed evidence that i wasnt speeding to the extent he said, told them about what he did and said. And lets just say it didnt matter because it was my word against his. As his voice recorder happened to not be plugged in.

FCKING DICKS!!!!

It seriously pissed me off. I was 17 at the time to. I honestly think the only reason he pulled me over was i had a beat up truck, that was loud. The ticket was like $210. Still pisses me off today. I guessni should be happen to me in idaho rather then other states. As in most state i wouldve been arrested or payed double for the ticket.

You obviously dont know idaho. We are the same way. Other than 3 cities(boise, nampa, and meridian) the whole state is either farm land, forest, or desert and is loaded to hell with white trash, hicks, rednecks, and mexicans. Hell even most of the mexicans are white trash (ya i know its really confusing). The freeways have, on multiple occasions, been to a stand still, becuase crop duster had to make an emergency landing. Man i love idaho just fcking hate the cops!

Not what i was implying more that we dont actually know if those cops had a dash cam and even if they did we dont know if it was plugged in or not. And building cams are usually so piss poor that they provide very very little evidence. Now we dont have all the evidence but if we do happen to have all the evidence that the courts also have, it will be very very hard for a conviction.

Yeah you're right, screw the video. IF you have an injury consistent with the story, and IF you retrieve some lead that matches, and IF you have at least 1 credible witness. Have you see any of that? Have you seen a wound, heard any statement from the cop or even what his name is, or the conveniently anonymous 911 caller who falsely reported toy truck boy was packin'? And when I say credible witness, that means someone other than a disturbed mental patient, or a couple of unseen bros with a cell phone who sound like they just got blunted 150yds away at the housing projects, making comments like 'why he didn't shot the fat one instead of the black one.' lol

Gimme a break,man. No way in hell you could get a conviction on that weak azz sh!t, unless your uncle was the judge or something. :)

He's a registered voter in Maryland and plans on voting this year. (What the article states) so I'm assuming he has a visa.

With all support supps in place, and an ARB for BP.
Got some T3 as well.

People get convicted for less.

The idea you need a video of the entire scene, and/or ballistics, and/or witnesses is a naive view of the justice system, IMO.

Also, the fact that someone lives in a housing project and gets blunted doesn't make them an unreliable witness.......

Woody, I think we're largely on the same page. Not just in this regard, but with many other topics we've interacted on as well. This is probably a misunderstanding because I've failed to be clear, so please forgive if I've given the wrong impression.

Basically, it is a top priority to retain a conscious level of neutrality. As an analyst, it is most essential that any personal bias for a specific outcome be eliminated, or at least acknowledged, so that any conflict of interest can be accounted for and subtracted from the conclusion. Otherwise, conclusions will necessarily be prejudiced and thus inaccurate.

So if you could convict a man based on this evidence (or lack thereof), I only challenge you to consider yourself in his shoes. Then decide if it's still enough to say guilty 'beyond a shadow of a doubt'. If you're honest with yourself, I don't see how you could my friend.
 
Bernie Sanders supporters are marching outside the DNC chanting "lock her up!" I never thought I'd see the day this actually happened. It only took how many instances before people realized Clinton is corrupt? Goodness people, not everything is a conspiracy, sometimes the truth is lying to your face on national television.
 
My wife works in Philly and is there now. Said it is crazy there. Lots of Bernie supporters and all the H supporters. Cops everywhere.

Evidently, Wikileaks is supposed to have another leak this week. I wonder if it will be Clinton Foundation emails.

She might not last as nominee for long

To put my tinfoil hat on right now, I could see her get the nomination officially, and then back out due to the foundation or another fiasco. Then Obama and the Dems come together and make a Biden/Warren ticket. Obama would much prefer Biden to Hillary or Bernie and Warren would somewhat satisfy the progressives

Yea I work in philly, its pretty wild. Cops everywhere. Seeing people drive around with F*ck the DNC decals on their cars is pretty funny. Not looking forward to trying to get home after work, road closures in everywhich direction.

I think as of right now, the Dems better start thinking of a way to bring the Berners in. Hillary isn't going to cut it and if more emails come out to show she was somehow complicit in this, she's done. I don't think they will ever allow Bernie to be the head of a ticket. Biden will be an Obama stooge and has a very relatable story. Imagine the Biden/Trump debates :)

Warren brings the progressives and you have plenty to make the demo happy about.

Either way, I still go Johnson/Weld
