Doogans recomps with Follidrone 2.0(A lazy log)

Hey all, going to start a lazy log where I post periodic updates on my attempt at recomping with Follidrone 2.0. There has been some serious hype about this product so hopefully I'll be able to shed some light on my experience with it.

The set up:

3 caps FD 2.0 daily. 1 cap AM and 2 pre workout.

Staple supplements include Whey/casein protein powder, multivitamin, and the occasional pre workout drink.

Diet: I don't count calories or calculate my macros to the gram( don't judge me, this log is a "lazy log" after all.) It's summer time so if like to strip away some of the winter fat I've gained but also retain muscle. Hopefully gain muscle if possible. I'll be eating roughly 1g protein per lb of body weight, moderate healthy fat intake ( natty peanut butter, almonds, etc) and low carbs. The carbs I do consume will mostly be consumed pre and post workout.

Training: In the past I've stuck to a standard bro split for training. Recently I've been experimenting with an Upper and Lower body split approach.

I'll try to get some weight and possibly body fat measurements posted later today.

So I've had about 3 training sessions with Follidrone 2.0 so far. It's still early but I've noticed the endurance benefits starting to pick up. Similar to my previous Epicatechin runs

In! I have a bottle of folli 2.0 just waited for the right time to run it

Weighed in at 174 this morning. With the lack of carbs in my diet I'm feeling small but I really feel that leaning out is worth it.

Also, my training sessions have been great. Endurance has improved and I want to keep adding more sets. It's almost hard to pull myself out of the gym

Liking what i'm hearing:) Idk what i'm gunna run with mine. Maybe some x gels.

Had a killer leg workout last night. I feel I can keep pushing through sets and add an extra rep or two without much effort. I've also been training without many carbohydrates in my system.

Another noted effect of FD 2.0 is less anxiety and overall better mood. Prior to starting I had experimented with Ecklonia Cava extract and noticed the same sense of well being. An added bonus for sure.

So my gym sessions continue to improve in terms of endurance and productivity. I'm going to up my carbohydrate intake for a few days and see how that treats me

So here is where I am a couple of weeks into FD 2.0. Please excuse the low resolution picture and dirty mirror

Dang right man! Looking lean. Lats are pretty impressive too man.

Thanks dude. Weighed in at 180.5 this morning. I've upped the carbs the last couple days. I'm going to adjust as I continue with this run and focus on growing a bit (just not in the waist).

Weighed in at 173.8 first thing this morning( lowered my carbs the last few days so that explains the fluctuations).

Now I don't want to speak too soon but damn, I'm starting to like the way I look. Getting leaner but I'm not shrinking down to nothing. I'm going to train soon and will update after I lift

Holy sh#t! Combined FD2.0 with Conq3r Unleashed and I hit some PRs for chest. I had to force myself to leave the gym, endurance and recovery between sets is just silly.

SUBBED!
Sorry it took so long to get in here.
Seems like alot or guys mention recomp in the beginning. Basically staying the same weight but trading fat for muscle.
As you go on and get leaner add in some extra cals and youll start to grow.
Dont be afraid to eat more man. The GDA effects really help when eating extra cals ;)

Sounds like you're liking it! Keep it up!

Just wrapped up an upper body workout. It wasn't my best day strength wise but the pump was out of this world. Oatmeal, whey, and a cup of black iced coffee an hour pre, then FD 2.0 30 mins pre. I'm going to make a bold statement and say that the pump and way I look in the gym is comparable to my Halodrol run.

For sure my favorite as well. The fullness is insane.
All the carbs are being pulled from the blood and into muscles leaving them super full. Better than a normal blood pump in my opinion.
Just feels different. Like the pumps from AAS for sure.

Just picked up a box of these bad boys. I figured it's the best way to satisfy my cravings for sweets without totally blowing my diet.

that is bold bro ;) But yes, the pumps on FD2 are pretty great...!

Don't get me wrong, the all day glycogen retention from PH/DS can't be matched but some carbs + FD 2.0 + caffeine make for an unbelievable workout

Wait till you couple it with our new pre...this stuff is off the chain.

Is it going to be really stim heavy? I train around 6pm so I don't like to be completely wired.

Currently Im really debating this. I can tell you its not at all formulated around a stim. If you had no stims it would be amazing so a no stim version is possible. Def not gonna have any vasoconstrictors. ;)
Major flaw in many pres in my opinion.

Looks like i have about a week left of my FD 2.0 bottle. My waist size has shrunk over the past few weeks and I don't seem to be losing much muscle mass. I've been limting carbs to pre and post workout but still not going crazy with them.

Good stuff bro.
Leaner while maintaining muscle is awesome. A huge part of dieting for most is having to lose hard earned muscle mass.
The more you retain the better so F22 helping = win in my book.
Seems like unless you really cram down the cals FD2s effects on fat overtake everything and you lose weight. NOw we all know its not about weight.
If you lose 2lbs but your leaner and have a bit more muscle this is a huge win.

I'm really curious how this stuff would work in a caloric surpless. The data on EC looks promising and makes me tempted to do a mini bulk with Follidrone

Ive seen legit gains of up to 17lbs running only Follidrone2
Cjnator just hit the 8lbs mark on his follidrone2 log.
There is a group of guys at my gym who were the initial testers of the final batch. 1 gained 15lbs and the other 17.
Now....These are experienced guys who used a progressive training and diet program.

This means with progressively increasing reps and weight
and
Progressively increasing cals.

Its impossible to not grow under these circumstances if everything is on point.

Does this mean everyone who takes Fd2 will gain 17lbs...of course not.
I say this because there are people who take things I say out of contest and would say "Brundel said Id gain 17lbs but I didnt so it doesnt work".
It means if you eat like an fn animal and train like an animal, progressively you WILL grow.
And if you do so with Follidrone 2 you will for sure gain more muscle and less fat than without.
Ill put everything on that.

Oh *&^# thats commitment.
Im the same way though. When I find something that works well for me I buy a bunch and run it endlessly.

From what I've read, EC and Epicatechin only get better over time. Hopefully this is the case.

Epicatechin sure does seem to give long term users some great extended effects.
Ecklonia cava I can say that the guys I know who have been using it long term look pretty good and keep coming back for more so I think at least anecdotally we can say that long term use is good.
PLus all of the actions are beneficial.
Lower blood pressure
Antioxidant
Increase protein synthesis
Decreased blood glucose.
Improved lipid levels
Etc

Quick observation . I do believe the Ecklonia Cava is increasing blood flow as time goes on. I've been having something happen frequently that makes for an awkward situation during my commute to work. Yup. Morning wood. Consistently for the past week or so I've been waking up only to discover I'm pitching a (small) tent.

There is one study using ecklonia Vs Viagra and ecklonia won lol.
Your not the only one here. Alot of people mention this.
Such a great vasodilator. Ace inhibitors can sometimes do this, but its also a great vasodilator and there is quercetin which can increase test levels and is a vasodilator and...niacin. Really is good for endothelial health and sexual function.

So the first place I seem to notice fat loss is my back, it doesn't hold much fat as it is but it's been getting more lean over this Follidrone run.

Another stray observation. My sleep has been great this past month. It's to the point where I've almost kicked my Nyquil use completely. Upon further research, it seems Ecklonia Cava is responsible for inducing sleep and sleep quality.

Its amazing the properties of this seaweed.
I continue to be impressed by its effects.

Yesterday's workout was sub-par. I didn't have much to eat before I hit the gym. The lack of carbs seems to be catching up to me. I'm going to adjust the diet to allow more calories and carbohydrates in the peri workout window.

Oh yea pre workout nutrition is exceptionally important. I always eat before training. Maybe not just before but close.
And I always sip BCAAs and a tiny bit of carbs during training. Plus pro and carbs post.
Im working on a intra workout mix as well so maybe we can do some testing on this as well.

I'd like to help test the intra as I've been using plazma or meadow's formula on and off for years and always see a huge difference in both quality of workout as well as recovery when using them.

Keep me posted on the intra! I'm sure it won't be just a run of the mill intra and have a little BLR flair.

We have a new product thread in the BLR subforum where we are going to be running some product trials.
The first is a NOOT.
Going to give product to a handful of guys and then run IQ tests and memory tests etc.

We are also planning on running tests on all kinds of stuff including intra workout stuff and some stuff for the pre.
So get in there!
