Make sure he doesn't apply the dermals in the same area. At least for me, I like to do them in different spots and rotate.

I took all of My Stress and Angry to the Gym this Morning and left it there.. I had a Awesome intense Workout this Morning!
I was Moving Weights and Sweating everywhere.. I will be doing the 1100 calorie diet for 17 days, and then I will be back to 1800-2100 a day.
