Introducing SUP3R-11 - The Ultimate 11-Ketotestosterone Guide - All you need to know!

Welp, just pulled the plug and bought 1 bottle of Sup3r-11. I think 4 weeks at one pump a day will serve my needs pretty well. Just want to drop 2% more fat by August before a looooooong lean bulk. I'll be stacking with 10/mg Ostar1ne just because I have half a bottle left of it.

Nah, my jaw is wired shut right now so my training is completely different. Only using hammer strength, cables and other machine stuff right now.

I wouldn't be able to log properly without doing my regular bench, dead, weighted chins to see how strength and everything maintained or increased. I'lll update this thread with pics at the end of 4 weeks though with a before and after.

5th week ep1stane/trenavar/sup3r epi elite. Added sup3r 11 in the 3th week at 250mg daily. Unfortunately sup3r 11 lasted only 18 days. However I think it made a good job with the others PH till lasted at least.
Diet is PSMF with traces fat and carbs, 2 refeed a week

guys let me ask...i know the answer isnt a sure thing to tell but can sup3r 11 at low dose(one pump) accelerate hair loss?
 
NewAgeMayan Hastur guys....Im applying 4 ml first thing in the morning, 40 minutes before workout, and I get this "white texture" almost inmediately after applying it, so is a good idea to apply rubbing alcohol inmediately after SUP3ER-11??

ALMOST every compound has this risk, actually, sometimes the same compound can cause hairloss even after cycles done before without issues.

Chances are very low SUP3R-11 will cause hair loss, if this is a concern, make you a favor a buy some PURA D´OR ARGAN OIL shampoo (the gold sticker) and stack it with other ketoconazole shampoo
 
I'm not prone to MPH, but when taking Aroma, and Dermacrine I started to shed bad. Not sure which one was the cause, but I used that shampoo and with in 3 weeks the shedding stopped.

Yes, it should help. Just be sure the app site is completely dry before doing so.
 
Can you just apply once a day or is doing twice a day more efficacious?

Didn't read the directions and put a full pump on just now (haha came in the mail pretty quickly!). Woops.
 
How was fast does this stuff start working?? I've gotten noticeably leaner in like 4-5 days. Or maybe I'm just imagining it??

it's funny because the first picture was a day after applying some tanning lotion so that makes you look leaner. second picture (this morning) i'm all pasty since it wears after after a few days. brb applying tanning lotion tonight to see if i look even better

Also, just for fun....what would you guys guess my body weight to be based on the pics? I'm 6'0

New to this but you seem to know alot about sup3r 11 can you rub it in with your hands trying to apply it to your neck without using your hands is impossible! Says to use your wrists lol! Thanks Frank

Yes, you can use your hands. Just be sure to wash them thoroughly after or else latex gloves.
 
probably a dumb question but before buying this i just wanna know for reassurance, does 11-kt's fatloss effect typically occur in the love handle and mid abdominal region (area right above belly button known for cortisol related fat storage) I've cut for the past few months and the only fat that really remains is my love handles/mid abdominal not even the lower abs so much... I even lost all the lower back fat.

I can't promise you that your love handles will melt away, however 11-kt is known to particularly help lean out in the midsection.

Keep in mind it is mildly adrogenic and we do recommend PCT with a SERM so you may want to take that into consideration before you decide to use it.

If you haven't already, read through the first post in the thread.

Kat, I know you have some experience with hormonals such as Osta but I would be concerned About possible virilization sides from using this. Keep that in mind. Dose and duration play big factors in that.

No I am sorry! I didn't realize that! Someone had just suggested it so I was looking at 11 kt in general not this particular one. Definitely not chancing that! Thanks for filling me in guys!
 
Kat, if you ran at a half dose you MAY be safe, and get good effects, but there is definitely a possibility of androgenic sides.

If you do run it...I would start at 1 ml a day and work up to 2 ml on the first run . Be caref

disagree wouldn't recommend this at all.
 
Nah I'm just gonna stay away! Just going for the fat loss effect. Not worth the risk! I'm just having trouble dropping any weight.

I think this is probably a wise move. But if you wanted to risk it caution. That was more my point

I would look at evomuse for other options .... obliterate, Ammo, DCP, epitome.
 
So i went ahead with the purchase. I've had some success with a transdermal and oral 11-oxo and was probably more upset over it being banned than anything else at the end of 2014 so yeah seeing that 11-oxo is a precurser to 11-kt i'm pretty excited to see what 11-kt can do for me. I believe a lot of my fat is from high cortisol levels since it sits right above the belly button / love handles but we'll see. I'm also running s4.

If looking at it from a strictly fatloss / cutting standpoint would you guys recommend the normal dose or possibly half the dosage?

normal, but you can always start at a smaller dose and work up to gauge the difference.

geo peptides and to be honest i am not 100% sure of it working because i am not getting the vision sides at 50mg (25 x 2) i mean sometimes bright lights at night seem brighter but that can be a placebo effect. I started it on 7/1 but i must say I seem to be be leaning out in and looking more "cut" i guess is the word and strength has actually gone up despite being on a calorie deficit since March. I'm now able to lift the same weights that I was before the cut... so who knows? My guess is that it is indeed working and i just don't experience the vision sides at 50mg. Another thing is i've been experiencing hair shedding for the first time in a while not sure if s4 can cause that.
 
Nope S4 doesn't cause that. S4 WILL KNOW RIGHT AWAY IF S4 is good you won't have a doubt! 50mgs is low you shouldn't see much vision side's. I've taken S4 four times know it well as for geo peptides well heard nothing good about them. But that Sup3r 11 is the real deal great company and awesome product.
 
You liked sarmsx your the first I heard that from. I have a bottle im going to get it tested. What were your affects from S4 by affects I mean good ones not sides. What the highest dose you ran?
 
It gave me a good harding effect, with some fat loss and strength gains. I would definitely run it again, but I think I'm gonna run a Stanolone Powder / DMSO mixture next run.
 
Oh and I ran the s4 up to 100mgs a day, at that dose I had run it 5 on 2 off cause I pretty much was blind when changing from light to dark
