If you run anything supressive a four week pct is needed right after you finish your cycle. A pct with a serm like nolva or clomid.

If you run a hormonal, yes. What you need and when you start depends on what you run. For ph's and short ester injectibles, you'll start it immediately or a day or so after last dose; for longer estered inj it can be a week or two while the ester clears before starting.

Also, what you choose to use depends on what you ran.
