I wanted to do a very informal log on what I think about the Evomuse combo Epitome/ Ammo. I received the goodies today. I had to work an event after my first job and took one of each mid afternoon. Per the directions, I just took an Ammo pre bed. Also trying a sleep aid sample tonight called Amino PM. NP sent it to me with an order. Looks interesting....
I have been training this year harder than I've been able to train in years. I've completely revamped my food, sleep, exercise, and for the first time in six years, I'm not strung out from grad school and film work. I am still carrying a lot of VAT due to my former nature and self-destructive ways as a bartender. I'll post some photos soon.
Stats:
6ft 3in 224lbs 16.4% BF
I lift usually 4x a week. I do cardio/ walk/ sweat with elevated HR daily. I love data and wear a fitbit. I don't put a lot of stock in how accurate the HR monitor is, but it has some other features that are cool. It tells me how much sleep I get. or don't. It also tells me how many active minutes I have in a day. Seeing the data on how I sleep and how long I am active is great.
On the days I don't lift, I wake up, take a nice dose of aminos and some form of stimulant like alphamine; and do about an hour of low-moderate intensity cardio everyday. I've got a newer left ACL, I need my right replaced. I can do North/ South ok still, I have negative stopping and cutting skills! I try and get about a 100 active minutes a day.....
I have been taking Alphamine and a Tri-Carnitine fat loss supp combo. I will be switching them out for this combo. I will update as often as I can.
