Nips feeling better now, will keep the low dose for a few days, as it seems to work.

Similar issue my first cycle of test cyp . I was doing way to much . Using a dex to counter e but did not work . Next day i took 3 exemstane caps oh boyyy .

Yesterday -until today 07am, I was out drinking. Met old faces, mostly Germans living here in Bananaland.
Had to play the shrink for personal problems of a self righteous arsehole all night and: got my son his first job with a big car-parts distributor.
Mission accomplished -but I'm still drunk. Now my son can soon pay for his own Iphone -and get hardened for real life.
Did not meet with those people for over 3 years. Got a lot of compliments from man and women touching my body in disbelief.<---muhahahaha, now my ego is inflated like a life raft.

Did shrugs as Seth Feroce suggested on my shrug day and add the HG-Method to it , doing rest pause sets with 88 and 110lbs DB's.
It worked great and gave me doms, here the video:

My training is not the hardest on AM as I can see, I'm feeling it out by myself instead of sticking to a renown plan, made by Rich Banana or something.

Weekend at my farm

Had to deliver: fish -and chicken food.
To retrieve: eggs, chicken meat and fish.

The damn farm dog killed 15 chicken, now I have enough protein for a month.

I have two breeds of chicken. Completely white ones -and completely black ones.Both in separated enclosures.
Since the dog killed my only white rooster, I gave to the white hens 3 black roosters.
They seem very pleased with my decision,
"once you go black..."

Not really self sustained- but self raised stuff is way different from what you buy at the super market.
Here some insight for the health conscious:

Most Tilapia is raised together with pigs for commercial use.
The pigs are housed over the pond, sh1tting right into the water under them, making algae bloom, feeding the fish.
Hint: Fish tastes like the water they swim in. (I know you love Tilapia, right? LOL)
The meat from my farm chicken is dark and firm -instead of white and soft, the eggs are much tastier than bought eggs too.
The fish is fed with pellets and the water is changed daily. The meat has only a slight hint of a fish taste, its white and firm, making it a delicacy.

It's easy to have a hydroponic system in the backyard, supplementing a small family with high quality food, check it out on google if interested.

My farm uses the same principles, using fish manure for fertilizing the plants but on a huge scale with an underground reservoir, connected to the pond by gravity -than pumps distributing the waste water to the plants on the farm. I designed and build it all from scratch.
