Just got my blood levels checked, tell me what you think. Just general opinion:

age: 39
Hieght: 6'
Weight: 190

Total Test: 510
Free Test: 101.6
SHBG: 33
% Free Test: 1.9

Estradiol: 22
Free Estradiol: .50

FSH 8.1
LH: 6.72

Just want to know if the levels are decent, is the Estradiol to high? is it a problem. I'm not taking anything, I lift 3-4x a week, and in ketosis

I'm no expert but it looks pretty good for your age. I'm 21, and my estradiol was 40 which I thought was high and it still said I was within normal range so I probably wouldn't worry about yours if I was in your position.

For being 39 those are pretty good levels, Its common for the Estradiol to be a little higher, so your doing good

Thanks
It through me off because its noted as "high" on the report. I think the normal on the high side was .43

High on the range, but not out-of-bounds, you could use Grape Seed Extract and a little Zinc (50 MG/Night) to get the level down a bit - but it's nothing to be ultra concerned about.

Estradiol looks good.

Lots of saturated fats, butter, beef lard, pork lard, coconut oil.
Stay away from carbs that raise glucose but eat low glycemic carbs.
Lots of high ORAC (clover, black pepper, cinamon, turmeric)
You want fasting insulin 5 or less.
spring water

Exercising likely is suppressing your testosterone.
We are creatures of light.
Make sure that you are exposing your whole body (including eyes) to the most sunlight possible.
Best sunlight is two hrs before and two hrs after solar noon.
Now we have saving daylight time, so it is 11AM-to 3PM.
Do not use any sunscreens, eyeglasses, window pane.
Minimize artificial light.
Instead of going to gym exercise outside, summer/winter.

Do not use supplemental vit D,
must come thru exposure to sun.
Vit D in supplements is not the same as via sun exposure.
-------
Keep testicles cold.
They are working overtime now (high LH, FSH),
but your pituitary senses good. Avoid sports that are prone to head hits.

Everybody could use
selenium
Lugol's solution

1/day-->Super Selenium Complex, 200 mcg 100 capsules (lef.org)

1 dropperfull/day=48mg/day
Lugol's Iodine Family Pack -- 6 (2 fl. oz.) bottles

If you go for that, make sure to first eat selenium for a month, then slowly start on Lugol's.
--
Stay on the sun until you get little over:
Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D)(250nmol/L=100.16ng/mL)
First get used to sunlight, slowly for 2-3 weeks first, then full bore.

If you can relocate, go for latitude below 35 deg

Melatonin=AI, Aromatase inhibitor
Must be natural, pills may impair vision.

Melatonin is an antagonist of aromatase so it lowers estrogen in tissues.
PCOS in women and high E2 levels in men are signs of sunlight deficiency (not a food or supplement deficiency)

Work on correct Circadian Rhythm, get your melatonin optimized.
It helps in many problems, Sleep apnea, big one.

Naked, no sunscreens, no eyeglasses, exposed to sunlight within
2hrs before and 2hrs after (solar)noon.
In summer that usually means 11AM-3PM.

..
IE,Exercise outdoors, gyms have artificial lights.

Total T is decent, free T is good. E2 is in "perfect" range (20-30). LH is good. FSH is good.

Test was taken early morning, and completely fasted?

Are you seriously recommending to be in the sun with no protection around the noon hours? I'd rather have low testosterone than get skin cancer and ruin my eyesight, lol.

The absolute crap about sunlight and skin cancer makes me laugh. What a load of utter bollocks. I'm White, born on Europe many years ago and lived in Africa for 35 years. I've never put any rubbish onto my skin. I used to work outdoors in the sun in a pair of shorts. I'm 75, my hair is still brown and way down past my shoulders. I don't have wrinkles. The oldest I've been guessed is 48. I can still pick up young chicks and bench 120 kgs (not lbs) and curl 60 kgs.

In my opinion, this entire skin cancer crap is a scam to sell sun screens, which again in my opinion CAUSE skin cancer. Vitamin D deficiency is SERIOUS. Rickets is now rife in the UK, because they hammer skin cancer like you won't believe it.

I agree, taking Vit D supplements isn't the same as good old sunlight. My last blood showed my Vit D was 90, because we had a crappy summer? over here so I basked in the sun bed.

My grandfather also lived in the sun and he died just before his 100th birthday, not skin cancer. Ate some fish paste that had gone off and it killed him.
