At 30mg per day, it can increase endurance and performance. I don't know how much is in a scoop of Alphamine or how many scoops you would need to hit 30mg.

Funny how γ-Oryzanol was stronger than ferulic acid in preventing diet induced metabolic syndrome in Rats, yet its turned out to be completely bunk for humans.

It's cheap, I really doubt they're underdosing it to save 15 cents a bottle.
