Introducing SUP3R-11 - The Ultimate 11-Ketotestosterone Guide - All you need to know!

Yeah I've been keeping an eye on it. As I'm pretty much on a similar diet, really going for it.
Got Lee priest coming to my gym in a few weeks, gotta look my best ;)

27 days in. Cant say its been a miracle for fat loss but some actual lean gains may be there. Or I atleast look more pumped. On 3200-3500 cals for a recomp so it is doing what I want for sure. I think these next 4 qeeks will prove to be the winning ones.

You want to drop 4% BF in a month? Sure, it's possible! 250mg 11-KT with 10mg Ostarine, a caloric deficit of several hundred calories, and increased cardio, I think you can do it! And just hit up Nolva/Sup3r PCT afterwards, and you're good to go!/QUOTE]

My gears......ep1stane, trenavar, sup3r epi, sup3r 11. Diet is modified psfm and carbo reload 24 hours. I'm late a little in the cutting. How much % bf could I loose?

No one can tell you how much BF% you could lose. Too many variables to factor in, nothing works that simply sadly. Rest assured, if you're in a calorie deficit, lifting, doing cardio, and taking gear, you'll lose a decent amount of body fat.

What?? Really? That's awesome, man! Very cool!

Wow, you have a high metabolism, bro! That would be a heavy bulk for me! I've found it's working well for recomping myself.

I bulk between 4-4500 cals. I graduated highschool at 6ft 135lbs. Right now I'm between 165-170lbs. If I stop training and eating properly, ill shoot dow to 150lbs. Im the definition of a hard gainer. Under 3000 cals and I lose mass.

You can decide for yourself - I've been logging it for a little over 3 weeks. You can join in at

Here is a quote from my log yesterday:

"...... So in about 3 weeks I've lost 10 pounds, 1.5" on my waist, and 3% bodyfat. "

Today that quote would be 11 pounds and 4% bodyfat, but you know this stuff isn't precise and it fluctuates. Bodyfat % is just a Tanita scale, so it's not super accurate.

This isn't the only product I am running and I'm also on a PSMF. BUT, I've lost very little strength. Really, the strength I've lost I would probably lose just from glycogen depletion.

Is it a pure or modified psmf? I've belen on gears with epistane, trenavar, epiandro for 10 days and next monday I'll add sup3r 11 at 250mg a day for 4 weeks. 5 wo a week, 150 minutes steady cardio a week and carbo reloaded saturday on sunday starting just done the last wo. Diet high pro, carb traces, fat 20/20/40/40/60g saturday evening starting reload. Still noticed very little about cutting. Hoping to accelerate with sup3r 11

If I eat 4000 calls a day, sometimes I'll actually lose weight.

Modified - although I use a lot of protein shakes. For whatever reason, this round, I've just not been all that hungry. I've had cravings and caved, but no real hunger pain.

Weight loss is tough because you have to just keep at it sometimes. I think people make up their mind that they have "stalled" too quickly and try to change too much around. Even in a huge caloric deficit I have days where I gain weight because of water and such. It's a slow process no matter what you do.

I truly cannot imagine, but I guess it's a struggle on the other end of the spectrum. Still, I wouldn't be against changing my metabolism to a hardgainer if it meant being able to eating that much without looking like I need to be on TLC's "My 600lbs Life"...

That is insane, bro. I cannot imagine that, just how big are you!?

Lol it's annoying. I fight for every pound gained. 225lbs, 6 feet tall, pretty consistently 12% body fat. So not even that big in my opinion haha

What sort of cutting/diet approach will work best with this? Guessing IF will work a treat if it can level out or control the cortisol spikes?

Don't over think things, a diet that has enough protein and fats and puts you in a moderate deficit will work best.
Been on a slow cut for a few weeks now, gradually pulling the carbs and increasing fats. Its been working well but really want to smash it when I add in Sup3r 11 so was thinking of adding in an IF approach to cut the overall cals by another few hundred relatively easy. Guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing?

Absolutely can move to IF is its gonna make dietting easier for ya. All about being consistent towards meeting your goal

Agree with this guy ;)

It is as simples as cals in , cals out so go with whatever routine makes it easiest for you to achieve a deficit. Dieting is a partially a mind game imo.

How did you react to the first bottle? Did you notice a difference? Part of me says 125 mg a day for some people is sufficient - when XI KT was out, a lot of people said they saw results at just 85 mg/day. I'm not one of those people and I can tell you 250 mg is where I need to be with this stuff. But I can also tell you that taking it longer, the effects do build a little.

So it's a tough call. If you think you will respond to 125 mg. then I would go 8 weeks personally. If you think you need 250 mg...then I think it won't matter if you take a 4 week break and use it at the end or use it now.

Did notice a difference, nothing crazy though. Over the last two weeks I've had very little sleep a lot of work, and so so nutrition (not bad, just not perfect). Needless to say I've seen increased hardness, and my workouts have been fairly good considering the outside circumstances. Also bloating of any sorts is completely gone.

This being said the epiandro effects have been kicking in so not sure to say what the 11 is doing or not. What I decided to do was run the last bottle at 125ml a day for the 8 weeks. If I'm not satisfied, I'll just bump it up... Very tempted to just get another bottle though haha

If it fits your schedule I would definitely at least try it. I don't like having to worry about eating in the morning or by a specific time, and I like the bigger meals. However I do not follow the 16/8 approach, the whole point of fasting for me is that it makes dieting easier. Adding the time constraint is pain... So some days I hit 14, 15 or 16. Don't know what supplements you like to toy with, but this works extremely well with a morning dose of EC!

The three pieces above are pretty much all you need to know about dieting. Keep it simple, make sure you're in a deficit, get enough fats and protein, and be consistent.

In this light I disagree with GNO on one point - it's not PARTIALLY a mind game. It is MOSTLY a mind game. Find things that "fit" in your lifestyle and move you toward your goal. Don't expect to be perfect right away, just like any form of training, you will get better at it the more you do it, so if you falter, just keep training. It's all about finding a way to make the habits "pull you" towards a goal.

For instance, I am fat because my habit is to not prepare meals and then it is easy to eat out and have a cheeseburger with bacon and fries and onion rings and 3000 calories for dinner. That habit fits my lifestyle because it is just so EASY. I'm busy, so I don't prepare, and then it comes down to making a choice between preparing chicken, cooking it, etc. or just getting something easy and quick and kicking back - who wouldn't choose the latter? But if the chicken was in the fridge already and easy and ready to go and it would save me a trip to the restaurant, that makes the game different. So I need to practice being prepared so that the decisions and my environment lead me where I want to go.

Awesome that you've seen some results. This is a great compound to stack. It's pretty versatile, and it is somewhat subtle. But that's not a bad trade off for low side effects.

Sounds like a decent plan, let me know how it goes!

I say partial a mind game because you have to put in the physical work once you get your head right

Lol, I wasn't REALLY disagreeing. That was just for effect.

I've been taking 250mg/day for 1 week and will have to stop for a week while I'm out of town. I would prefer to not take it with me while I'm away. Are the affects compound in nature or will a week off have little affect since I will be right back on upon my return?

It is certainly not ideal to stop and start. Why not measure of a weeks worth of servings and bring in a Tupperware container?

8hrs should be more than enough time for it to dry and penetrate the skin. But why are you applying to the genital area? I would not recommend you do that.:fool2:

I cant see how it would be an issue unless sweat has the ability to transfer trace amounts back from the surface of the skin 8 hours after application... However that is my speculative answer. Hopefully someone can elaborate as to why it should or shouldn't be a necessary worry.

Ah I didnt explain myself exactly. I mean if I rubbed super 11 on the backside of my calves and i would have sex 8 hours later. That was my question :D

Dafuq your girl doing yo your calves? Thats some freaky ****!

^This. Hahaha. But seriously, take a shower and you're good to go. If you can't take a shower before sex, consider applying to the tops of your feet and wearing socks.

You can apply it anytime that works best for you. As long as you give it more than 10m before showering off, you should be fine.

You can shower after 10 minutes of application?? Did not know that. I thought the general rule of thumb was 6 hrs min b4 shower or swimming. I know PA said all topicals absorb after 10 but isnt there still a benefit of keeping it on for longer??

Thanks for the info, Hastur.

Well, upon further research, I have been unable to confirm a benefit beyond the 10m mark post-application, unless you apply hand sanitizer over the application site to aid penetration of any left over compound residing on top of the skin. The extended release effect seems to be as the compound passes through the layers of the skin, but the process begins once it's been absorbed through the skin, it's not a process where its on top the skin and passes through slowly over time. So you appear to be safe to to take a shower after the 10m mark.

Good Morning guys,

after waking up today , ive a a bit of a blurry vision in my left eye. May this be caused by elevated Cortisol levels ?
