Haha, well due to my job I cannot post revealing photos which may be used to identify me, even using legal supplements the negative connotation of prohormones and steroids would lead to issues for me. ~MAJOR UPDATE:

It's the first of the month, so I took my monthly measurements, and wow...

Now last month I took my measurements at 6:05pm, I'm not sure how much the difference in time will skew the measurements, because today's measurements were taken within 30m of waking up, prior to morning cardio, so the blood hadn't flowed much.

I did not expect these drastic changes in one month, I'm shocked! Is it mostly glycogen storage? Water weight? I swear that my waist is more defined and looks flatter, so the fact it's up via measurement is really strange to me...

In disbelief I had some of the measurements taken twice, but kept getting the same numbers. I don't know how surprised I should be, considering the strength of this cycle I'm running and the fact that I'm doing the highest volume training that I've ever done, which is hypertrophy specific in is rep range. Also, going up 12lbs in a month on a recomp diet is nuts, I must have calculated my caloric requirements wrong. Though I swore I was on the mark.

-Switched up my deadlifts, as recommended, and 3x10x315lbs kicked my ass harder than 2x3x405lbs last week. Hands down. Because I was tired during the exercises that followed far today more than I was when I'd done the 2x3x405lbs last week.

That's why I had to mention it! I looked it up because I was like 'how does this new vocalist do two completely different styles' and turns out he doesn't, haha. Oh yeah, I know Despondency! I have a burned copy of God on Acid somewhere around here... As well as Stagnated Existence by Disavowed! I have quite the collection here, but I'm always looking for more. I was digging through CDs the other day, threw in Planisphærium by Wormed, can't believe that album is 13 years old, still love that album.

What kind of cookies??

Not cookies at all really ...
To understand a cookie nut you first need to go to the OR1GIN, which is the chip nut. It is a peanut coated in a potato chip shell that is sold in various savoury flavours (ie. ketchup, all-dressed, bacon & cheddar, etc). The cookie nut is its younger cousin, if you will. The key difference being it us flavoured sweet cookie-like flavourings (ie. chocolate raspberry, butterscotch etc).

Told ya it would have been stronger than expected....as you already know, I was shocked as well.

It's the strongest cycle I've ever done, the results are by far the most drastic I've seen. So glad I went with the advised dosing and didn't get heavy handed with it... Even if a good portion of the measurements are glycogen and water retention influencing size, it can't ALL be glycogen and water retention. I've never gained size like this in just one month.

Damn bro, I missed this. That is awesome. If you are leaning out and gaining weight in a recompile diet...wow. Even if it is a bit of water, honestly gaining just 3 pounds of muscle in a month is an achievement in someone with a couple years training experience.

Solid point! Plus, the 12.5mg Exemestane EOD is keeping me fairly dry as well, but not TOO dry. Joints don't hurt at all, and no sensitive nips. The perfect amount of estrogen control!

Definitely! It's amazing stacked, seriously no side minus elevated BP/RHR. And I'm gaining like there's no tomorrow at maintenance cals. My strength isn't through the roof, but I'm doing volume training at a level I've never done before. So the capacity to work out longer is definitely up. 3x10x315 would have brought me to my knees two months ago, way too high volume! On this cycle I actually did it, and kept going strong.

Well if you ask me you might be better off sending me the dermatrest and just running the oral... But that's just my opinion lol

Absolutely! Oral gives you a nice spike in Trest, but since it doesn't bind to SHBG, it's in and out of the blood stream fairly quickly. So then you add an AM and PM application of TD to the mix, and you have a sustained release, keeping blood levels stable. So TD keeps you stable, and oral gives a spike that is most useful around pre-workout.

Without a doubt, I think an Oral/TD solo Tr3st run is a very effective cycle unto itself. You just need Exemestane and Cabergoline on hard, since it is a beast of a compound. But, don't let that hold you back. I'm using both and having no issues whatsoever with Trest. Maybe some minimal bloating if a meal is higher in sodium or carbs. But that's my own fault! Haha

-Weighed in at 207lbs, up 1lbs from yesterday. So, I'm currently up 13lbs from my starting weight, though it has been fluctuating on a day-to-day basis.

As I've stated before, I have some serious asymmetry I wish to correct:

*Left Thigh: 24in
*Right Thigh: 25in

*Left Calf: 15in
*Right Calf: 16.25in

-Left Calf is 1.25in smaller than Right Calf
-Left Thigh is 1in smaller than Right Thigh

I will begin attempting to correct these asymmetries today by adding in unilateral exercises.

Haha, by the end of this cycle you might be sold on it, bro. Never before was I able to do 10 sets of Squats for a total of 94 reps, the volume this cycle is enabling me to handle is ridiculous. I've never had stamina or endurance like this with the weights before. And that has to be helping translate to the rapid gains I've seen!

Went into a Chipotle later on in full costume, and the cute blonde behind the counter preparing the food was all smiles and laughs, so it was a good day overall.

Haha, it's funny because it's the 2nd time this week, I went with some friends to a Chinese restaurant earlier this week (didn't eat, just hung out) and the young woman who sat me said something to another server in Chinese, and the other server smiled and said to me "She said take the handsome mans drink order" then the young woman got all shy and shuffled off. She was real cute, but apparently spoke no English. Maybe all these anabolics are increasing my pheromones, haha. :p Granted I don't get out much, most the women I see are on EMS runs, lmao.

Could very well be. 2 things I have noticed...Making big gains increases your confidence and women like confident men & muscular men too ;)

That could be it, on-cycle confidence! I probably don't even notice it. What I do notice is none of my shirts fit anymore. Maybe that's making me confident, haha.

I started lifting 20 years ago but there have been more breaks along the road than I can count. Sometimes quite long.
Of course this isn't merely the result of my Sup3r-1 run, but that's all I'm using PHs wise.
