It was just last week that Performax Labs’ upcoming PowerMax XT was confirmed to be a new and improved version of its complex creatine formula CreMax. In that post we mentioned that almost everything in CreMax has been carried over to PowerMax, with some of those familiar ingredients also getting their doses increased. Today we can confirm exactly what’s been carried over and what’s new to the supplement as Performax has passed on its official label.

Basically there isn’t really anything new in Performax’s still upcoming PowerMax XT. The main changes to the formula are an added 5mg of black pepper extract, the removal of creatine magnesium chelate and a slightly different mix of hydration ingredients. Everything else from CreMax has been carried over to PowerMax, although since the new product is 100% transparent you do now get the exact dose of each feature.

You can see the official PowerMax XT label down below for yourself, which as mentioned is now 100% transparent unlike CreMax’s 50% transparent label. We’re still short on the supplement’s launch details however Performax doesn’t usually take too long to release something after its dropped the label. Based on that you can probably expect to see PowerMax very soon as well as, or around the release of the brand’s other new product, the reformulated HyperMax XT.

We had to make some changes due to the increase in cost and we felt removing the MCC would make the least impact to the formula as a whole. CreMax XT had 3100mg Taurine, Glycerol, COP and Amento, PowerMax XT has 4600mg Taurine, Glycerol, COP and Amento so we had to offset some cost just slightly and we felt MCC would make the least impact.

I believe they have patent on the fermentation process to create their L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine, not the ingredient itself.

"Sustamine™ is the only GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) form of L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine for a variety of food, beverage and healthcare applications.Sustamine™, manufactured by Kyowa Hakko Bio Co. Ltd., is considered a "high-tech" amino acid dipeptide that promotes muscle rehydration, recovery and can be used as a source for energy refueling. Produced by a novel and cost effective patented fermentation technology."

Invalid Link Removednot a new product but it was definitely a nice come up at the grocery store for $14 a tub

I couldn't pass up an oatmeal cookie flavored protein at that price

^^ Personally thought the flavoring was weak on his line,
But for 14$ a tub thats a steal for a pure isolate.

3-Whey with its 3rd flavor

That's a solid find right there

Ghost website went live last night

Grenade needs their Strawberry Siege in RTD.

I didn't care to drink their protein IMO it's gritty the 50/50 blend leaves a gritty mouth feel; Having said that their protein does taste fantastic ( The actual flavor & aroma even ).

They def have one of the better strawberries and it tasted redic good baked with or in my oats the freezedried strawberry bits sealed the deal on that for sure! but if they do/did have it in an RTD all you breh! haha I don't care for RTD protein drinks myself.

I've tried several strawberries out there and I'd have to say the Grenade one is the best I've tried. Tasted the least like strawberry syrup to me.

I don't do RTDs either, but I don't churn through protein much and committing to 2lbs of Strawberry is a big commitment for me, but I could do RTDs occasionally for sure if they made it for strawberry.

I would put Grenade as among my favorites as well for that flavor along with BPI Strawberry Cake, Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake & XF's Strawberry also more recent Strawberry from Metabolic Nutrition and that Musclelean was very good! Not to say each of those is the same they are not they range from Strawberry - Strawberry Milkshake and Strawberry Ice Creams in flavor. XF makes me think of Haagen Dazs that Musclelean had a lot in common I think as well.

Now I need to try a few more strawberries with BSL 3-whey and that strawberry cheesecake and I thought I seen another on here with strawberry cheesecake so I need to try both of those!

2lb of protein being a big committment hahahahaha.... man, you're on a whole different level than me. 100lb+ club checking in. my weekly "Oops" purchase.

I maybe have one shake a day.

But I do buy my meat in large bulk packages of 40-50lbs at a time.

If anyone does buy, hit me with a PM if you'd be down to possibly trade some scoops :)

Yeah I knew Rich has a similar product, but I've yet to try it out for myself. Heard decent things overall, but I'd rather eat my carb calories.

You could mix with yogurt or cottage cheese (with or without protein powder).. High carb pudding FTW

$30 for 2 would be better. Its 60$ for 2. Most people wont pay that for 4lbs of whey shaker cup and samples.
it is reduced from 111$

Does not sound like much of a deal.

All the protein!

I'd have a very unhappy wife if I consumed that much protein. We'd have no more paint left on the walls.

haha that's the problem, i dont consume it all... mostly just collect flavors haha.

I do this with seemingly every deal/limited release. I now commit that if I open a tub, that's all I use until its done. Its the only way I will clear some space haha
