Summer cuts with Nutra-Innovates 11 KT Test

Since we are having a lively discussion let me tell you about my underwear. I now own two pairs of these and they are a little expensive (around 25 dollars in my size). They are the greatest things ever. I usually get bad chafing from cotton underwear (I walk a lot) during the spring and summertime. I looked around this spring for a solution and found these underwear. They are absolutely amazing. Great feel and 0 0 0 chafing. I now have two pairs and will probably end up buying a few more and phasing out all cotton based boxers and briefs.

I thought 11-KT was only supposed to be sprayed on the upper back, shoulders, chest, etc. Is it a spot-treatment too?

Yeah. I'm not looking for anything crazy, not trying to compete or anything. I used to be insanely cut but small (18-21), then a long bout of injuries and poor food choices led me to gain weight which I've been slowly stripping off for a bit now.

im the same way,

if you ever get to try another brand ( I know its hard once you get one you like) Duluth trading has great boxers as well- right around the same price

I prefer boxer briefs but I will look into them.

I have one pair and I like them, but not as much as the exoffico ones. I got chafing, but my wife got them for me and they may be a size small. Or I'm just a fatass. One of the two!

Well, a user has the freedom to apply it anywhere he pleases for whatever private reason, as is the case with any cologne. ;) So with that said...

If using something that requires activation, some suggest upper back and neck might afford the most desirable metabolism. For something that is already active or doesn't utilize the same converting isozymes, that would obviously not be a prime consideration.

Spot application may prove to have some advantages but that would be defined by the goal and has yet to be tested (that I am aware.) It will be interesting to see the feedback for sure.

So is 11-KT already active since it's a conversion hormone from 11-oxo?

I hear that man, in the warmer months and you can hear things slapping around in your shorts, it makes for a awkward conversation. Too bads it's the beans, and not the frank. Ha
 
Have to give a huge shout out to Nutra Chem for sending me two more bottles of this. Absolutely ridiculous hook up and way beyond expected between the one bottle to log and the samples and now this.

When your first experience with a company is being treated like this it turns me into a fan real quick.

I admit I'm also becoming a big fan of them. They work ridiculously quick in getting stuff out based on public opinion. The operation looks pretty legit.
 
Wow, great hook up. Nutra has a great team together, right now the only threads I am connected to.
 
So the volume has been getting turned up in this phase of EDT. Here's what the last two workouts looked like:

Chest/Back:

PR Zone 1: Incline DB Bench/Meadows Row (4 sets of 10 both exercises)
PR zone 2: Smith Bench/Lat Pulldown (4 sets of 15, 4 sets of 10)
PR zone 3: KB Press/Flye Combo/Face Pull (4 sets of 10, 4 sets of 15)

Legs/Shoulders:

Pr zone 1: Leg curl/DB Press (4 sets of 10 on both)
PR Zone 2: Squats/Rear Delts Incline (4 sets of 10, 4 sets of 20)
PR Zone 3: KB swings/Lateral Raise (4 sets of 20 on both)

I'm just the lowly chemist, chained off by myself in a lab in the back of the building where I can't grab people who walk by anymore and drag them in for experiments. They got me a weight bench and some analytical instruments and they throw a chunk of meat or turkey leg in my cage for lunch! (j/k)
 
Speaking of households my wife and I closed on our house today. Tomorrow is the move and we won't have internet until Wednesday so updates will be scarce for a bit. I'm going to try and get update pics then because the results are already visible!

So here was my week:

Wed. May 25- Finish loan stuff from bank/finish packing (ongoing process from the week before)

Thursday May 26- Drive 2 hours away to close on house/drop off one load from the car. Pack UHaul at night.

Friday May 27- Take Uhaul plus car plus moms van loaded to new house and unload everything. Start cleaning/unpacking process. Leave in the night for wife's sisters wedding (horrible timing).

Saturday May 28- Clean old apartment to get security deposit and go to wife's sisters wedding

Sunday May 29- Get new washer, new dryer, new mower, etc and drive it up from old place. Clean/move stuff in.\

Monday May 30- In-laws come up. Clean/set stuff up, mow lawn, trim hedges, etc.

Tuesday May 31- Drive to old apartment and finish cleaning up. Get Dad's pickup to move new table back to new place.

Wednesday June 1- Drive to old apartment for walk through, drop Dad's truck off. Head back up. Internet setup, new fridge set up, new cell phones bought and set up.

I have no idea how people can move once a year or whatever. Crazy. Anyways, I don't have a gym yet, but I have been lifting on my own with some bodyweight stuff. Going to look at getting a new gym starting on Monday. Have been keeping up with the 11K Test and still looking leaner than when I began for sure!
 
at least the hedges are trimmed lol
 
Geo, I would skip the gym right now. With all the additional physical activity it will necessarily alter your recovery requirements and likely have a net detrimental effect on strength, energy and mental acuity.

Or, if you continue to lift during all this additional stress, maybe up the 11KT dose a little to better insure you don't under-recover.

Yeah having a nice little break. The physical moving part and tons of steps have kept me slimmed down ha. Will hit it back good Monday

nothing wrong with that- just throwing bags of crap out this weekend, up and down from the overhead loft (we don't have AC up there, window unit that we took out) wife and I were drenched. Just considered that my workout and cardio

What's crazy is my weight has really been dropping and my diet has been less than stellar. Today we are officially done with almost everything big we want to do. I got a gym membership at a new place as well. I have started my second bottle of 11K test. I would like a week or so of getting back into lifting after this mini-break and I will shoot some progress pics.

The leaning out effects of 11K test is not a joke at all guys. You've got a great delivery system here I really believe. I'm trying to get caught up on the boards and see what everyone else results are, but I think by the time my three bottle run is done I'm going to have some great effects even if the diet and exercise portion for a week or so was off.
 
I agree great product and quick results! Do feel they have slowed down to a normal rate, maybe bump up dosages to continue progress if you stall.

I have been bumping up the dosage slightly.
