Summer cuts with Nutra-Innovates 11 KT Test

Got back into the gym today for the first time in a week. Back to arms E.D.T. I shaved a bit off as I was easing back into it a bit (and learning the new gym). It's much busier than the gym I used to train in so some of the supersetting will be a bit more difficult or require more planning. I'm going to get in tomorrow and hit chest/back.

Feels good to get a pump again. Right now I'm dosing the 11KT at about 12 sprays daily.

gym switches suck- its a good challenge to get back into your routine and makes you think outside your norm which I like. However the things we like to do are hindered because of others in the way.

12 sprays- I hit 10 the other day, was filled with energy! how are you doing on 12

I've been doing 12 too. Scale is holding steady but recomp effects seem to be increasing as I keep getting more vascular no matter what the scale says! Have you noticed anything similar?

My weight has gone done. A lot of this is probably due to a crazily increased activity level recently while moving and working on our new house. Obviously the 11K Test is helping in this regard as well. Give me about a week in the gym again and I'll show a progress pic.

Really liking it. 6 AM, 6 PM right now. Feeling really good. Excited to continue the run!

Day off today after nailing chest and back last night. Feeling good.

Morning weight was 193.6 which is about a 6 pound loss since the start of this log. Which is really impressive realizing the week long break in training as well as the wishy washy diet of the last 10 days.

Really good shoulder workout today. Kinda transitioning between programs. Going to be gone from the gym tomorrow and wednesday so I nailed a shoulder classic growth factor CT workout. It's hard to do EDT in the new gym because of the amount of people so I'm probably going to be moving away from it for the time being. You can read more about this cool workout here:

That program (along with his width version) helped my shoulders feel more stable.

Yeah in his forum section he did some for back and he's also got some for chest. Killer stuff.

Yeah, I'm quite a follower of almost all of his routines. His training really fits my mentality/style (compound lifts, performance-based, etc)

Agreed. He is my favorite strength/bb related coach ever.

Still digging into that second bottle of 11K test. Went to visit my brother, but back now. Going to be hitting some chest/back in the gym this afternoon.

Great workout today on the chest and back. The sweating is unreal lately due to the temperatures.

I am 11 days into OL's Sup3r 11...and I like what I am seeing here, I think I will have to run a 2nd bottle but with nutra at the wheel.

Would be interested to compare, but two top notch companies you really can't go wrong either way!

one thing that did stand out to me is the fact that it "sprays" I am already over using the pump.

agree with Geoforce

i dont know how the OL product is but they are a good company.

I can say that our trans delivery system has a very good scent, fast drying and doesnt get sticky. If you choose to go with the oral version again, not a bad choice either way. If you do decide too, make sure to use the code in my sig for the extra savings.

also, if you are looking to run right away, you might want to order at least a week 1/2 out. We have a flat shipping fee $2.99 so it may take a few days.

whatever way you decide, let us know

The spray part is pretty cool. I know they aren't the first company to use a spray, but it is still pretty rare. I really like how fast drying it is. A lot of times with topicals you feel wet and have to keep a shirt off for 20 minutes. With this you can really rub in and be good to go. It seems as if the bottle lasts a long time as well.

BigT mentioned that he used a hair drier to reduce rub on losses (which I assumed meant hand losses.) I generally use my inner forearms to rub on places I can reach, so I don't worry much about losses when I wash my hands after. His method did give me an idea though, so I tried applying 10 sprays directly under a medium speed ceiling fan to see how that worked. I rubbed in on as long as I could, but it dried so fast that it couldn't have been longer that 10-15 sec!

So unless you're intentionally trying to dissipate the aroma more rapidly, just the convection of a cool breeze is completely adequate. Even without heat, it's a fast drying formula, and that's one of the reasons we used SDA instead of IPA. ;)

I really don't even need to do that. The stuff dries REALLY fast. Probably the fastest drying topical product I've ever used.

Yes Sir, it dries fast for me also. I just like experimenting so I thought I'd share my findings. :)

I feel like I said these many times already but the best topical by far that I have used. You really need to give it a try, and as a side effect the results are even better! Can't wait to see what NutraChem brings next.

Agreed!

Apologize for the lack of recent updates as I haven't been on. I'm nearing the end of my second bottle. I've really enjoyed this run and definitely think this is a great product. I'll try to get a final review up and also some final pics from the run. It's been pretty scattered because of the recent (good) life chaos. That said I'm down about 8 pounds total since beginning the run which is borderline amazing for how spotty the diet and training consistency has been. It's not like I haven't trained or have just ate like garbage, but it's nothing like a more focused run would be. I can only imagine how much better the effects would be at a time that wasn't so unique for me. Needless to say this won't be the last time I use 11KT Test and I look forward to trying more products from the Nutra line.

I've been lifting for about 15 years, nothing competitive just enjoy it and like to stay in shape. I used two bottles of 11KTest for a nice cut the past 8 weeks. This is a spray version of 11K test as opposed to a lotion or liquid application. The recommended amount of sprays is 5 (you can go up to twice a day according to label recommendations) which gets you 75 mg of 11-Ketotesterone. Doubling that would get you 150 which is a pretty mild cutting cycle.

The spray version works awesome. I sprayed it and rubbed it in, but it dries in a hurry. I'm used to applying topicals and leaving a shirt off for a long time. You don't have to do this with 11K Test. 11K Test does have a scent (Nutraceutical Innovations calls it alpha male scent.) I would describe it as a musky or outdoor scent. I didn't really love the scent, but it is by no means awful. It's not super strong, but I would have probably preferred no scent from the topical.

11 KT is pretty well known as a cutting agent and pretty mild as far as cycles go. I didn't have any adverse side effects during my run. Libido, energy, mood, all were stable or enhanced. I dropped about 8 pounds during my cut. This was really solid considering I ran it in the middle of a huge move and job change and my workouts and diet were both less consistent than normal. I am going to take a break and then run another two bottle run with more consistency. Despite being as diligent with workouts and diet as normal I really leaned up nicely. My wife commented numerous times about my fat loss and the way I looked.

I have no doubt that Nutraceutical's topical spray delivery works very well. This is a solid product that I have already purchased more of. Lets be honest most fat burners are going to provide minimal results at best providing some energy and appetite suppression. If you're really looking to cut up but don't want harsh side effects of certain compounds I'd give 11 K Test a shot. It is hormonal so take the usual precautions, but this is one of the more mild compounds out there. The effects are solid. I highly recommend giving 11 K Test a shot.

Thanks for the review and wrap-up, Geo! Glad you found it helpful, and hope the new job is going well for you. ;)
