Summer cuts with Nutra-Innovates 11 KT Test

still ok with the drying time and scent?

Drying time I may have underestimated the first time. It dries fast, but you do have enough liquid to spread around a bit. The scent is fine, but I do think it could be toned down a bit if possible. It seems pretty strong. All in all so far so good. Haven't noticed any sides or anything out of the ordinary, but I know with 11KT those things should be very minimal or not happening at all.

lol, for what it's worth I think we would agree on economic issues, I would be considered a liberal as I am in favor of raising minimum wage and less tax on the poor, cutting out loopholes for the rich.
 
Yesterday was a cardio/metcon day. I did interval rowing and applied 7 sprays. Today I will be double dosing for the first time.
 
Initial application thoughts:

So I just got out of the shower and applied 1 serving of 11KT (5 sprays). First off the scent: The scent is a little woodsy/musky. With topicals I typically think the less scent the better. I essentially never wear cologne (body wash is strong enough for me), but this has a nice "manly" smell. It's not something I would wear in cologne form necessarily, but certainly not bad.

Took a couple pushes to get the ol liquid running, but spray worked out nicely. One of the "driest" topicals I've ever ran. This is not a product that you're going to have to spend a long time rubbing in and waiting to dry. It's almost dry on contact or at least not runny in any type of way. Certainly not a bad thing as long as the topical delivery system is getting where it needs to get. I followed bottle directions applying to shoulder/upper back/upper chest region.

Yes I believe so. I don't have the bottle in front of me, but the recommended full serving dose would be 10 sprays (5 at a time) yielding 150 mg. At this point I'm going to run it as they recommend and not go higher. If I enjoy the run I may go higher with another bottle or two, but for the log not planning on going over label recommendation.

I plan on doing the same...I have a bottle coming, so I am vested in your protocol.

I know people run 11KT at higher amounts, but I figure if I'm logging something for a company I will follow the companies recommendations. It's how I've always ran my logs unless I've been instructed to do something different. Not to mention less total sprays means I can run it longer!

I agree, that is a good policy.
 
Back to back off days that weren't planned. I am moving and starting a new job which is always a time nightmare. I'll be killing arms later today. Definitely slimming down I can already tell 11 KT is having an effect despite not really doing anything magical diet or exercise wise.

And yeah, 11KT is legit. Even on no-w/o days you stay hard, carbs or not. That was my first sign that this stuff was for real even at "low" doses. If you're schedule is inconsistent you're gains will be too of course, but relax knowing that at least you shouldn't lose any ground on this stuff.

New city. I'm going to be the athletic director and principal at a high school. Been at my current school 7 years so sad to leave, but excited about the new opportunity.

Speaking of which I may not have internet a couple of days while we get everything set up. We move next Friday so I should be good until then, but if everyone doesn't see updates until a bit after memorial day don't assume I died :)

are you using 2 applications daily now or still just 1?

btw-I just now got my 11kt...I really like the scent, but my wife says it might be a little strong. she just smelled it again and scent has decreased some and she likes it...

How long have you been in education and what size school do you work at? I have been a teacher for seven, high schook football and basketball coach as well. This is my first administration job. I finished my masters last summer.
 
9 years, coaching forever, small school prek-3-8 th grade. Coach most sports and do all PE. 400 kids. Coached high school basketball 5 years prior.

These guys Geo and Mase are like my dad, a High School coach and principle (and dem too, lol.) They called him a Disciplinary Administrator then, because the school had 3 principles but he was the one who specifically gave out the pops! To the best of my remembrance, the shop teacher was never able to invent a strong enough paddle dad didn't break. :)

I'm a small school guy as well. From a small town, then went and coached/taught at a small town and now going to be the principal/AD at a small school.
 
Week 1 update: I've been using this for one week now. Definitely seeing the leaning out effects begin. I will put my "before" pics up when I get home and then I will try to get some more pictures taken now that I have been running it seven days.

However, you clearly seem like an advanced user and I know your circumstances are abnormal with the move, so please feel free to stray from the suggestions if it suits you. You have no obligation to us, friend, and we simpley enjoy your feedback!

Also, you know your body best and some require higher or lower doses, so as long as you note deviations then "all data is good data" to me.

Thanks. I will definitely note any changes I make in dosing. Will probably hold steady at recommended dose for a while before adjusting.
 
Yesterday began a new phase of EDT with the focus on increasing the volume. I went from working in the 3-5 rep range, to moving towards higher reps. Here's what it looked like for arms:

A1. Hammer curls/Rope pressdown: 25*10 for 6 sets. 80*10 for 6 sets.
B1. EZ curl/close grip bench: + 45*10 for 1 set. + 40*10 for 1 set. + 35*10 for 3 sets. 115*10 for 5 sets.
C1. "Short" barbell curl/Swiss ball pushups. +20*8 for 3 sets. +20* 6 for 2 sets. Max pump triceps pushups (5 sets).

today is my 2nd day and my trips to the head easily doubled!!!
 
I did notice that plus increase in body temp. Ripped in 3 days, lol.

it has been unseasonally cool here in Indiana, but now that you mention it....3 days, huh?
 
5 pumps morning and early evening, 10 total of 11k-test and 10 AlphaDrone . Can feel a little aggressive added in also from AlphaDrone.

Yes, the Andro does that to me also, though some fellas like lanky say it calms them! Very individualized with hormones, as usual.

But when people tell you that you're being aggressive, just tell them your face uses more muscles when you're angry than it does when you're smiling, and right now you're in training so they better shut up. :)
 
I enjoy the added aggression, just have to stay smart to tone it down. Sometimes when my boys get out of line it's a quick snap, then back to normal. Sorry if derailing thread, just goes with logged product.

Not really, but I go all the time. I drink a crazy amount of water so I go number one a ton anyways.
 
Decent soreness from the arms workout and from hitting chest/back on Saturday. Holding steady right now at 10 sprays. Going to try and keep the diet clean this week as best as possible as moving time is going to have some cheats. We don't even have a refrigerator in the new place until June 1 so no buying food! Will be trying to do a healthy amount of protein shakes though in place of just eating out.

Speaking of a guy without a gym, one of my priorities first week of living in the new place is to find a place to lift!

That first week I'm thinking of just doing a ton of KB swings, pushups, and some other work with equipment I have at home.

I've been hitting my lower back with a couple of sprays, haven't really noticed a lot yet, but it's still very early on....it has made a difference in the appearance of my pecs already at 1 spray each daily!!!
 
Geoforce has size already so with a little more cutting, that will all come out nicely
