Okay so I just got this in and I also started s new job so I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to be dosing this, as I my morning schedules aren't really set yet.
I will either lift in the evenings around 6:00pm or in the mornings around 7:00am and go to work right after without showering probably. I work in Construction now so I'll most likely be getting sweaty again.
I was planning on dosing the AA before bed sometime for now. How much should I use if I'm just applying once a day? Is there an amount I could use an oral syringe so I could measure it easier?
Also, if I did decide to workout in the mornings and shower after the gym and apply, I would have to shower again after work so would I just be better off dosing at night before bed and not showering until I'm off work regardless of if I go to the gym or not?
