Follidrone Natty Stack

Been working out for over 10 years, but just got dedicated over the past 5 months. Dropped over 25 pounds by clean eating now I'm ready to pack on the muscle. I was considering doing a prohormone stack, BUT may just do a stack of Follidrone 2.0 and Alphamax XT from the logs I have read the results are amazing. Also, would add a PWO of Tr1umph or Mesomorph. Any thoughts/opinions/add-ons that could help/suggestions in general please comment!
 
I am running 2.0 and XT right now. I am eating slightly above maintenance, and still cut fat.
IMO, this stack leans toward recomp/cut. However, Brundal says if you eat like a mofo, you will bulk up.
 
If you are just starting out I would personally suggest more basic supplements (that is if you aren't already taking them) such as creatine, beta alanine, betaine, citrulline or an all in one like Ergonine but of all the ones you mentioned Olympus Labs Triumph would be the best choice in my opinion since it has Phosphatidic Acid which has data showing it's ergogenic potential in trained individuals and leaving the other supplements until you have hit a plateau.

If you are going to use a mutli vitamin then make sure the forms of the vitamins are those which will be adequately absorbed, some use poor quality (oxide) forms which are useless. Intra workout BCAAs really aren't worth the money seeing as the data on how beneficial they really are is very debatable and BPI's specifically has very small amounts of the intended amino acids (leucine, isoleucine,valine) since they are bonded to others.

Thanks but I'm comfortable with the base supplements I have now. Really looking for advice or other options on the stack thanks though.
 
Letrone, Super Rhanderol, Most wanted, Exotherm, low dose formeron all a good natty stacks ( Formeron is a steroidal AI but only suppressive at high doses.)

Some good additions could be a laxogenin product like Most Wanted by Iron Forged Nutrition or Str3ngth Unleashed by Olympus Labs they would greatly aid in recovery and growth, they stack well with your mentioned products.

Are you getting good results?

Ive gotten more vascular, strength is about the same, I dropped a little body fat, and maybe a pound or two. As I mentioned, I think its a better recomp/cutter stack. I would like to see what happens when someone begins to bulk on 2.0.

Also, you could check out anabeta elite or Xgels. Just a heads up, I personally cant take xgels, I am a highly active sports guy, and they gave me DOMS like crazy!
 
For sure the Follidrone 2,0 is a good option. I dont know of anything non steroidal that packs this much power.

Stack it with Viron for testosterone/Free test
And Letrone for anti estrogen plus it raises/ HGH,IGF1, t3,t4,cAMP, Ghrelin....

1 FD2 am and 2 pre workout or 1x 3 times daily on non training days.
Viron 1x 2 daily
Letrone 1x2 daily

Or the FD2 and alphamax should be good.

I was wondering the same thing. Especially since Anabeta is reported to really amp up the appetite, which could help with the FD2 "bulk" (or so it would seem).

I currently take an evomuse Slintensity 30 mins before a pre-shake that includes a small to moderate amount of carbs and protein (and no real issues with feeling even remotely hypo). How much more would the FD2 and/or Anabeta require? (still researching both before I decide on a stack myself). Any experience with either one?

Follidrone 2.0 is a stronger nutrient partitioner than slintensity, TBH if you take 2 caps of follidrone and 1 full dose of a abets at the same time you'd need minimum of 100grams of fast carbs. Follidrone has thrown me hypo about 6 times when I first started cause I didn't respect it.

I do a 2 month bulk 2 month cut for basically 5-6 years now, i never go lower than 8% BF and never go higher then 14-15%. I write down every product/run i do so i know which compounds my body performs best with and how i feel on them how each stack synergizes, i have about 7 journals full of logs and stacks. For that particular run i was doing a recomp, calories averaged 2900 (maintenance of 2700) 4 hours of working out daily (been doing it for years no rest days however im a deep sleeper and average 10 hours a night) my weight was 173 bf was 13.19% finished at 177 and dropped to 11.8% around there. Succesfull run IMO i was doing intermittent fasting stopped eating at 6pm first meal next day was at 10am

Just wondering, how do you train? Even with the best sups, you need rest. Just a thought, but if you scale back on workout time & give yourself 2 day off a week... I can almost bet your gains would jump.
 
Holy **** you train 4 hours a day that's insane. I will definitely be placing my order this weekend! Cannot wait to start this cycle
 
just popping in here to say I will be back after work to answer any questions performax related / give you my opinion. But Follidrone 2.0 and Alphamax XT should be good to go without needing anything else! Running multiple smaller stacks would be more beneficial than one big short stack IMO

OK so question for you then what would you say is a good multi I've heard orange triad. I am currently taking a Gnc brand but I'd like to get ur thoughts
 
Suffered a fractured metatarsal in the right foot so I'll be out for 8 weeks unfortunately. Still plan on doing a lot of upper body work though.

Thanks man its discouraging as hell starting to get my drive back though. Will be outta work for at least 6 weeks, plenty of time to get some intense upper body work in. Plus having to depend on my non-dominant leg is improving my strength and balance.
