Green tea extract

Ive got some SNS Green tea extract and was wondering if this would be better suited for finishing a cut or as an aid to stay leaner while bulking. Ive heard it has appetite suppressing effects, any experiences?
Obviously this is not what im relying on just have some lying around.
 
Usually i take it during a cut but I think you could take it during a bulk to lean out if you wanted to since you have some.

I prefer it in a cut as opposed to a bulk. Minimise fat gain by eating less in a surplus instead :D
 
I would use it on a cut to take advantage of the appetite suppressing aspect of it.

It won't really do what you're hoping for, but EGCG is a great health product.

This^. I do feel some appetite suppression but sometimes its because it makes my stomach feel like death lol. I think its great as an antioxidant.

It has some minor appetite suppressing effects. The real gem is that EGCG is a great health aid.
