The Ergonine photo they have on the site is Athletix so you got what they advertised.
However, if the website says CistaMax and you got the old version I would email them and get them to sort it out.
Yeah buddy! The Ergonine I understand, and is no problem, as it is the same product. It´s just the PES bottle is sexier
Yes, I have sent them an email regarding the ABE. They had the new picture ( they seem to have changed it today to the old version) on the website and the write up and nutrition information on the site is with the cistance deserticola. I would not have purchased the ABE otherwise, I would have ordered it from the States.
Kind of grumpy as I just finished 4 weeks on the new ABE and I had planned on taking it for 4-8 weeks more and at 6 caps a day.
Now I don´t know how long it will take getting the new one as I might have to get it from the States. And my evaluation/review from it gets kind of destroyed as you are supposed to take it for 8-12 weeks straight for maximum effect. 4 weeks on it as been great and it really started to shine after 3 weeks.
So yeah I go and drink some Ergonine now and try not to be grumpy...:baby:

They alway "play this *** game" I hate this attitude, since they wanna get rid of almost expired/old supplements, they advertise like half price and then send you the old one.
Also, I wanna to flag this, when they say you'll receive 15/30£ whatsoever gift pack with your order, well that's fake, they will send just same samples, which are basically free of charge for them cause they receive them free from supplements companies..... this is pretty **** and disappointing, so be aware.....

The value of the gift pack would be what they sell the items at I.e. samples may have a value of £2 each at retail. If you have any issues with this you would need to email them about it as it isn't anything to do with us.

The value of a sample is 0 since they receive the samples for free.
I was NOT complaining with you guys and i know you are completely out of this, I just wanted to flag this to the others eu fellows. And yes I did flag this with them, never received an answer.

Ive said it before and will say it again. If you can, buy PES from a US retailer. Their customer service is 10x superior and prices are way better even after the so called 'offers'. I bought 2x PES Enhanced from this same site couple of posters complained off. On their website it says 'Product Dated May 2015' . When I received delivery and checked the tub, bottom of the tub says exp 05 2015! If that's not misleading, nay, false advertising I don't know what is! I like PES products but I definitely will be looking elsewhere for these. I'm done with this website and their sharp practices!

I always buy from PES US website when I can tho, I usually stock up every time there's a sale

I am not 100% sure where the confusion is.
The clearance section is often items which are close to or have already reached their expiration date, hence the price of one tub being lower than they actually paid for it.
The 05/2015 date corresponds with the May 2015 expiry date so I am not sure what I am missing? If they list a date on a product, it is because it is at least nearing it's expiration.
As a token of good faith, assuming you didn't want these products in their current condition you can send the unsealed tubs to me (in the UK) and I will reimburse you in full for the purchase price and cover shipping.
If anyone has issues with their customer service I will happily step in and make sure you are taken care of though. I never want unhappy customers so will always do what I can.

Its about making information clear and transparent so that even a first time customer knows what they are buying! If several customers are complaining about misleading info i for one would look at the info on my website to see how i can make it clearer. If a product has passed or is due to pass the expiry date then clearly state this except the intention is to mislead. This is the practice on another well known uk website. Product dated does not mean product expiry date or BBE.
Any way thanks for the offer of a refund. Ive opened the tub already and am convinced the product has lost some potency as im not feeling any stims whatsoever even on 2 scoops!

Personally, I have never perceived it as potentially misleading because dates of products are only specified if something is approaching it's expiry date.
I am happy to pass your feedback on though, thank you.

At the same time what we meant was "date of production" is very different from BBE or expiry date so if I say date of production 05/15 means it was made 1y ago so it's good and it's not expiring or at least it's not "expired on"..... I had never read into it like this because by default, supplements never list their manufacturing dates on websites so if a date is listed, the date will be expiration/BBE.
I understand where the confusion has come from though.

Just to clarify, the AnaBeta Elite they have is the old version. The Ergonine is also the Athletix version as per the image on their website.
However, their Erase Pro+, Shift and the rest of the line are all the most current versions.

Elite is a mile ahead IMO, with cistanche and forskolin it is an all inclusive lean bulk or recomp powerhouse.
AT2 was one dimensional (though it hits that A2 receptor real hard) whereas Shift is our stim free fat burner from many angles and includes forskolin again which I dislike dieting down without.
