Hello all,
I'm a 48 yo cyclist here to maybe learn a thing or two. I have a good grasp on diet and nutrition and supplements as well. Unfortunately, the only supplements that work for me are actually tricky to find. I recently moved to the Bay Area and love it.
Well, dunno what else to say so- see you in the forums...
PS- feel free to PM me but NOT for sales or marketing, please. Thanks!
Welcome to AM bro. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as the last cyclist we had here. His name was Lance something if I recallHello all,

Howdy
I'm about to get a log going just to keep myself on track so I thought I'd throw up a small intro here.
I've been lifting in some shape or form for about 30 years. I'm just north of 50. I used to comfortably sit at about 320lbs at about 6'3" but on january 1 2014 I had a rude awakening - I weighed in at 485! I decided enough was enough and I've been on a slow and steady recomp ever since. I now tip the scale at 253 lbs with my ultimate goal being 225 lbs. I lift 4 times a week and do at least 30 minutes cardio every day. I've learned about some new products in the few weeks I've been looking around and will be trying some soon. I know it takes hard work and perseverance but a little edge is always a good thing. I did 2002 atkins for about 2 years but for the last few months I've switched over to a lot of fruits and vegetables while keeping protein intake up mostly with different powders. I feel good!
Any and all comments from anyone are appreciated.
My name Tank is not so appropriate now - more like a small pickup - but I've been using it for years so I'll stick with it.
Thanks for reading.
Cheers
Much appreciated. Thanks
welcome to the forum bro-
