2 caps Trest

Made it to the gym. Realized its 2:15 and I have a dentist appointment at 3 that was rescheduled today bc of the rain. To be continued......

I can't get full after that food last night I didn't sleep until 6 am I awoke at 9 to go to sonic I spent 22$ for myself and murdered all of it !

Workout sucked. I just wasn't feeling a 10pm workout. I drank my PWO 8 hours earlier and idk my whole day was kinda thrown off.

Aggression was there, but my mind was not.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have family in town from all over the US for my sisters wedding. Been a crazy, stressful, weekend. Should get back on track tomorrow though
 
Alright bitchachos I'm back! Sisters wedding was beautiful. 1920 themed flapper wedding. It was a lot of fun. Saw a lot of family that I haven't seen in years and years. Diet was awful so I tried to carb back up and get on track yesterday. I couldn't keep up with the hunger and didn't even really have time to eat like I should have so I'm hoping I don't suffer today. Breakfast was about 900 calories this morning and about 30 minutes later my stomach was roaring so that was fun in class. Not embarrassing at all. On an unrelated note, we might be getting a Corgi this week so pretty happy about that.

My girlfriend wants to do legs with me when she gets back from holding student conferences later this week so Chest/Tris it is.

Workout was pretty solid. Definitely could feel my poor diet but overall not too bad. Some of my lifts were actually up and/or felt easier, but incline press was about the same. Pump was good and even though I'm exhausted after staying up till 2am for three nights in a row I was still able to focus pretty good.
Aggression is high and I wanted to keep going but I'm on call tomorrow in class so I have to read and do grown up stuff.

Reverse grip press is totally awkward.

But it's ****ing sweet for your upper chest and your tris. Jim stoppani I think was saying that it activates your upper chest more than incline press does.

That's why I do them. It burns my upper chest more than regular incline but it's pretty awko taco.

I'm a growing boy. I can talk about food all day. I'm a 400 lb man trapped in a 200 lb body lol. Speaking of - just made Chocolate, PB, Coffee, Banana overnight oats. Wanted something different.

So since we're both closet fatties can you get dirty on Trest like you can on Tren? I'm sure you can't get away with as much junk on it as the real stuff but I'd love to be able to bulk in the 4k range and not worry about becoming a fat **** lol

Gotta be more careful with trest, some people experience bloat with it. Even more so if you're eating junk. unreal89 mentioned he was bloated recently.
Best bet is to just try it out and see how you respond

I'm in the 3500 range and no bloat but diet is 95% clean. I have no self control when it comes to cookies and pies, though. Will be increasing steadily bc 3500 doesn't seem to be enough

Oh man I know that struggle, someone brought in donuts today and I had 3 lol factoring in the rest of my calorie intake for the day I will be at 285 grams of protein but 450 calories over my goal (whoops) but A: I have soccer tonight and B: Thursday is my rest day so I usually eat right around maintenance and that frees up some calories on the lifting days and/or negates any overages from earlier in the week.
Weight is stabilizing right about 190 for the past 2-3 weeks though so I'm hoping I'll lean out a bit before I start PCT

I don't eat sweets but bloat came from high carbs been limiting them to around 200-250 I was at around 500 a day
