What day do you usually run chest? I will try to adjust my schedule it'd be totally worth it.
 
Bob was correct on the flavor. Very similar to fruit punch Modern Pre, which is on point, but just a tad tastier (which is to be expected with the difference in ingredient panels). Tastes great, but it can't touch watermelon limeade -- seriously still blown away by it. Wanting to try the pineapple to sample all 3, but as tasty as even that sounds, I'm thinking it is unlikely to dethrone watermelon limeade.

Congrats, USP -- you unlocked something incredible. I'm a guy who despises watermelon flavored anything and that goes right up to the top of my list with some of the Alphamine flavors in terms of being something that I truly look forward to drinking and savor as long as possible instead of chugging.

It varies. I am on a 4 day split that i run 5 days. So one week i hit chest 2x a week. This week was
Legs, Back, Chest/Shoulders, Accessory Day, Legs
so next week i will hit back 2x and the follow week chest 2x

Problem is i usually train in the AM Because i work 9-6 or 10-7 Shifts. Lifting at 6-7 at Real is just brutal stupid.

I work 6a-2p and have been going later with the wife now so I definitely know the struggle of lifting late at Real.

(except I'm totally going to sleep right now because I was up at 6, crushed my workout even though I'm miserably sick, drove an hour to Louisville, took in the Reds AAA affiliate game and then watched the air show and fireworks (Thunder Over Louisville) and just got home -- and logged over 12 miles today lol.

Lol I've been awake for 18 hours now, have walked 4 miles before going on a 2 hour hike up a bunch of steep rocks and unstable forest paths up and down hills, then dealt with drunk crowds for the last 6 hours. I'm also sick. I feel you man.

I feel those pains...I was up at 4, worked out at 5, 2 kids soccer games, got a couple short naps in, not sick at all, feeling pretty good, actually...hmmm, maybe I overstated my feels somewhat. Ummmm :ntome:
 
Rehabbing today with my Max REPS. Hoping the day off and the citrulline will help me be good as new tomorrow.

Changed up my workout this week. Let me get a baseline then I'll use MaxREPS next week and give some feedback. Excited for this!
 
Just had my first serving and going to hit back and biceps. Fruit punch is very tasty and I love how it dissolved so easily. Will report back after murdering some biceps

Fruit punch is goooood, but man is over powering if i don't add nearly double the amount of water i do for other preWO's...which is totally fine, just an observation. But yes, MaxReps effects are saaaweet...just 2 workouts in

i do 12-14oz and settles and tastes great. Not overpowering, but just right.
The thing with USP labs powders is they all mix clear and settle super easy. Not very heavy on artificial sweeteners or colors.

It's funny, I was just thinking this morning that I was so excited I hit the perfect ratio of ice and water this particular time as I was sipping on my WL on the way into the gym. It always tastes good, regardless of that, but when you get that perfect amount -- it's just SO good. It may sound dumb, but legitimately, I cannot get over how enjoyable and refreshing it is. It's like my favorite drink lol.

I agree. When I hit it just right, it tastes so friggen good that I want to do a double that day so I can have more! I toss in about 4 ice cubes and fill it up to the 14-16oz mark. I think 15oz is the perfect ratio for me. At least for watermelon limeade. I had 16 today and it was just slightly watery.
