Montego gets FREAKY

Numbers to beat? Yeah we did that. Not listing warm-ups. Beat weight used in every exercise besides shoulders since that was a new one. Only thing with less reps was rack pull but, I didn't wanna hurt myself. Form was falling off and the back was rounding out bad.

Incline Smith - 315x11x5x2

Neutral grip shoulder press - 205x12x7x5

Dip machine - 405x8x5x2

Lat pull-down - 17plates x12x5x4

Rack pull - 495x7

Yesterday I got in my Lower day. Ive got sinusitus so i can hardly breath and have been feeling like crap so it was a less then stellar workout. Did get some decent work done though so not a total waste.

Cable Curls - 120x17-10-5

Hammer Curls - 55x18

Calves - 320x12

Seated Leg Curl - 120x12-5-4

Leg Press - 16 plates x8 x2 / 10 plates x20 x 2

Went and donated blood today. Hematocrit was at 50 so the upper end of normal. Did a regular ole whole blood donation and got in and out quick.

Diet has been tweaked to move into more of a recomping type phase. Non training days carbs have been cut and training days they have been increased a bit. That along with supplement changes are going to make a huge difference in the next 10 weeks.

MMMMMMM that sounds awesome. About to crush some steak and a spinach salad myself. I know not exactly "morning food" but who cares. We still need to try and get together for a workout soon.

Love how lean it is and still has all that beef goodness.
Need to squeeze some into my freezer ... not a lot of room left however. Full of wild boar at the moment.
 
I just scored a ton of lean beef at Kroger on Sunday when they mark everything down. I ended up getting about 10 lbs all at half price. It isn't as lean as bison but it will be good out of the slow cooker.

Kroger had great deals this weekend. We got a ton of 80/20 beef for burgers, 5 racks of ribs, and 15 lbs of pork shoulder for pulled pork - hosting a fam bam barbecue in a few weeks when my niece gets out of school.

I picked up some ground elk that I plan to cook up tonight..... It's too high to keep stocked up though. $12 a lb would bankrupt me.

Thanks guys! Maintaining for a few weeks then I'm cranking up in prep mode. Should be able to grow into the show after a cruise here and decent conditioning.

Should be in a much better place then last prep so I'll have some more freedom to up the calories at the start instead of time crunching to lose 50 lbs of flab.

Lol truth; still haven't been able to crack 1400 in sleeves at 220. Best comp lifts are 500/303/578 and best total is 1340. But I'm rebuilding my squat and dead as my discs heal and I have very real goals for the future - I am patient, and hungry

What happened to your back boss? I injured my back years ago, had surgery, and am just now getting back in the iron game. Just wondering how your training is coming along. I sure do miss deading. Hoping maybe I can start again one day.
