As for my lifts, I am looking to increase my lifts by 15 lbs per lift. Easily achievable.

how I will run it?
2 caps/Day ED for the first week. I may adjust up accordingly based on the first week.

Gym routine is going to be 5 days a week 6 every other week roughly 1 1/2 hours a day.

My routine is a reformed Arnold blueprint with my twist to it.

Pretty busy today but when I get a chance, I will finish my first post.

So the first day didn't include gym.
It included 3 hours of kayaking.

So far the noticeable side affects are maybe placebo or the new chemical HP put in it.

I have felt a tad bit tightening of the skin, and my hunger has gone through the roof.
I feel like eating everything I see.
The kayak was a great workout, excited to see how my body reacts to it in the morning.
 
loving all the updates/talk about your cycle so far, please keep it up! The more people who can see the reality on this product the better! Be it good OR bad.
 
Gym early this morning, fasted cardio with a protein and intra after hit a little chest.
Then went out on the jet skis for 5 hours and got a great full body workout, swam a bunch.

Feeling great, energy is up, feeling like I'm not tired sore or anything of that nature.
I am sunburnt that's for sure!

Probably go back to the gym after I eat a nice meal and work more chest and back.

Little dehydrated of course, need to get a lot of water in me to recomp from the sun and salt.
 
I have a question, I just ran this cycle for 9 days at 2 caps a day but only one on the ninth day, and I had to stop do to an acl injury. Do you think I can get by with an OTC PCT since I was only on it for nine days? I didn't really make any gains in those nine days, started at 190.6 but ended at around 192, so I know the compound hasn't really started to take effect yet, would like feedback, thank you.

I think you can get away with it.
Personally I don't risk anything, but you'll be fine.

I've been out on the jet skis playing to much past week and weekend, I gotta stop before I get hurt lol!!!

9 days and the compound had started to take more effect then you notice my man.
It all happens behind our eyes!!

I noticed a lot of pump!

I pumped out quick but I love it!!

I feel like I could keep going. No muscle fatigue just pump.

Excited for arms tomorrow!
 
So today was a 3 hour killer

Biceps triceps shoulders

General workout was

Overhead push press
Standing overhead press with front raises superset

Shrugs

Leaning front anti gravity press superset with thumb down raises

Preacher curls
Drag curls
21s

Drop set with weight to 10 reps then 10 with bar

Close grip press
Skull crushers
Push downs
Dips

Felt grate in the gym today, seeing some strength gains.
Lots of pump for sure!

After about 2 and a half hours I started feeling burns for sure!

Legs tomorrow!!!!
