#MaxREPS - Read The Studies // Win FULL Bottles!!! "Pump = Painful" - AM user

Thanks man!!!

Emotions can't be put into words about how excited I am to get Max Reps, Modern Creatine aaaaaaaaaaaand Ultimate T!!!
I got Ultimate T when it came out and I was coming home from deployment and I had about a week and a half worth and they opened my bags and tossed it out because it was illegal..

I want to tear their heads off! I was having so much great workouts with the strength and endurance I was getting from Ultimate T.

I got some modern bcaa waiting to be opened in the kitchen... Mannnn I can't wait to get this package! I know my workouts will get better again with this super stack!

The puuumps, the endurance, the strenght.. Bring it on!!!

PM'd!!!

I'm excited as hell for the whole stack, the pre workout means I'll get my pumps in but I'll be able to avoid BP issues and insomnia issues because it's non stim, I'll be able to take that ultimate T as part of my PCT in May so that saves me some $, I'm getting creatine too which is great to keep adding size on, and a new T-shirt, which rocks because the smediums ain't fitting no more and I need larges finally!

The study shows what I've already known:
Citrulline is awesome @ higher doses. It really helps to get quality reps at the end of a workout too.

Too bad most PWO-s have too little. I usually buy pure CM to add but with this there is no need. It's good on it's own.

We know you guys here at AM.com are not only swole, but educated. So... We wanted to design a giveaway around these sick studies.

Giveaway Round #2 How to win?

Review Study #2 and #3 and make a post explaining what that would mean to YOU or your training partner(s). What benefits would you see from such effects? In and out of the gym, anything works!

STUDY 2
Another study, also using a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study with crossover, utilized 12 resistance-trained men. Subjects were administered 8 grams of L-Citrulline Malate prior to exercise. Subjects performed 5 sets of repetitions to failure at 60% of their 1 repetition maximum for leg press, hack squat, and leg extension exercises. Compared to placebo, L-Citrulline Malate supplementation increased the number of repetitions to failure for all exercises. On average, a 9% increase in performance was found. (2)

STUDY 3
In a study performed by the same group as the second study above, a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study with crossover was again used as the design. Subjects consisted of 14 resistance-trained men, who were administered 8 grams of L-Citrulline Malate prior to exercise. Subjects performed 3 sets of chin-ups, reverse chin-ups and pushups to failure. For the L-Citrulline Malate group, a significant increase in the number of repetitions performed to failure was noted for all three exercises. (3)

I can't wait to do a chest workout with the Max Reps, I love chest pumps lol chest pumps are my favorite

I'm switching back to running 5/3/1 during the end of my cut and as I transition to reverse diet up to a recomp/lean bulk - since I'm getting absolutely hammered into the ground from trying to continue to add 5lbs a week onto my main compound lifts. What study #2 and #3 mean to me, since I like to train with the big but not as boring template (as well as pyramiding down/first sets last/whatever on my main lift), is that I'm going to have more endurance to push through my accessory sets since I run those at least 60%. This will come in handy especially on my OHP as I always struggle hitting my 5x10 on those since it's my weakest lift - especially in a cut.

Additionally in relation to study number #3 specifically, I throw in sets of pull ups/chin ups in between my pressing movements (sets of 5 during my main lift, sets to 10+ on my accessory) which can come near failure or are failure in my last 2-3 sets, so I will potentially be able to squeeze out more reps on those.

From previously running cit mal/l-cit I've found that it has also helped me increase my reps on the 5/3/1 + sets as well getting me extra reps - even in a steep deficit - when I didn't think I'd get more than the minimum.

TL/DR - Running high volume in a cut, should help to maintain or increase reps on my compound lifts - specifically my upper body presses (OHP primarily) and pulls (chins/pull ups)

I'm waiting for The Solution and Driven2lift to get some of that strawberries and cream ModernPro so they can make all the recipes and I can just copy them (and beg for scraps via FedEx lulz).

Holy crap, generous! Salivating over here at strawberries and cream! I've been training with the PH3 style of training but even before that have thrown in pullups on back day in between exercises, so being able to increase my max on those would help training alot. In general my training has been getting pushed to the limit more than I used to, so I'm getting closer to failure than ever, so any little bit helps!

That PH3 is no joke bro!

Both study #2 and #3 show that Citrulline is effective at high rep exercises. This is good news for me. My main event is cycling and Citrulline should help with repeatitive accelerations and short (up to 20s attacks). Citrulline should be a good addition to my pre-competition drink.

7 hr bump, would have been sooner, but I'm not on that 8g cit-mal preWO dosing yet.

Also, #strawberry

2.5 miles on the track, 25 sets of stair sprints, and 800 total reps across biceps/triceps this morning in 1.5 hours ;)

Felt easy

I'm going to do a before/after pump pic once I use this. See how much I can blow up my arms and chest.

Was thinking the same thing!

Here's the before: Invalid Link Removed

Now I just need my MaxReps for the after! So impatient!

Also...beyond psyched to run modern creatine and Ultimate-T! This summers gonna be strong!

I have to say this stuff have been very enjoyable for me. I have gone through half the bottle easily. I really like the flavor above all. Very refreshing. The pumps have been great and the more workouts ive done to compare to my usual i have notice a little more endurance which was unexpected. I will be buying this in the future and would reccomend to others. I have also been running the bottle of ultimate t i got and so far so good. Cant tell much regarding libido, mine is high already, but i have kept my weight the same the past week but i have leaned out in some areas. Also my mood has been better.

Already through my first tub.. Can't wait for round 2..
This stuff keeps me rolling in the gym and hitting PR's even in a deficit.

Yeah, definitely excited for the next tub lol. About halfway or more through mine and I thoroughly look forward to it every morning.

It does not matter what I mix the Watermelon Limeade with, it tastes flawless.
I have tried Ergonine, Conqu3r, Modern Pre, Alpha Amino , Xtend and it coms out flawless with enhancing the flavor. Adds a nice sweetness to it.

Hit my squat main (5+)/deadlift accessory 5/3/1 day today and killed it with Max Reps, endurance was insane and threw in some front squats 55 reps of squats/50 reps of deads before my ab work. Wanted to keep going. Insane.

All you guys saying how good this is is making me think how amazing it would have been with OG jack3d. omfg.

Keep an eye out on retailers as they get it in stock, intro pricing, at least at one place I know of, will be ~$20/tub... #maxdeals

Study 1 + Study 2 - training partner/Pi = MaxReps. Therefore TUT increases and results in a strut being had while moving to the next station, while 'Stayin Alive' is blaring in the background....'..hive-hive-hive-hive, stayin alive...'

Not to be *that guy* but when should we expect to get our goodies by?

Not to be *that guy* but when should we expect to get our goodies by?

One of us had to ask! I've been stalking my mailman since winning...playing around with my periodization schemes to figure out how to best utilize the amaze-balls stack of Ultimate, Modern and Max...will I have it in time for my reverse diet? Should I wait for my upcoming power phase? Oh the decisions! The impatience! The fat-kid-in-a-candy-store excitement!

Hahaha nice, yeah I have no patience.

Personally, I would use it in a power phase, you'll need all the extra blood you can get in those muscles to lift heavy.

I was so stoked to get this but looks like I'll have to wait a bit to use it my right shoulder gave out during last night's shoulder workout and it hurts like a bitch today

Both studies show that with a FULL 8 grams of L-Cit Mal, MaxREPS means never having to worry about looking like this--

With its ability to buffer lactic acid, increase phospho-creatine recovery, and FORCE THEM PUMPS, MaxREPS will put me and anybody else who uses it wisely on the road to worrying about looking like this!

I used it for a couple of weeks finishing up a madcows cycle on a cut, and it definitely helped push me through a couple of those PR days and back off sets.

If only we could mimic that gene that bull has we'd all be monsters

Yeah myostatin inhibitors are an exciting prospect in supplements, the good news is in most studies the Follistatin used to decrease myostatin has show no increase in smooth (organs) muscle growth, however there has been issues with the connective tissue being damaged by use...but that is a topic that can be discussed elsewhere.
