Stop this definitely, Since start 3 days ago, have the worst hunger and cravings, had Bad binges.
It makes me gain weight, maybe I will get that fat sad girl again :-(

Yeah, just have to assess. Most have appetite decrease, but I was one when I started who felt the increase, too. FWIW, that subsided for me over time.
 
I still find it very interesting some notice an appetite increase and others decrease. In the growing season, the increase would be a nice addition :)
 
I noticed an increase right away. BASIC put a stop to that right away though :)

You've been on basic? What's your BF% now, if you don't mind me asking. Epitome was random with me. It gave me cravings, but I was full instantly after eating. I'm hovering between 12-14% as usual, and was gonna use BASIC to help for the last push to 10%
 
Wow that helps so much because I have to lie in bed a lot because the healing after surgery kicks now really in and I feel like a failure for eating like a mofo, do not wanna be fat again!

Is it correct, that the Basic jar has 20 servings, the site says 1000 grams so is it really 50 grams, split it into 2 servings? There is a scoop in it, too.
do you use a full scoop and Dose empty stomach am and PM ?

For BASIC you should dose 1 full scoop on an empty stomach 2x per day. I usually do this in the morning when fasted and then mid-day between meals
 
I think I might have gone ahead and made 60 servings.

Sorry, guys, these pain pills really screw with my memory.

Can epitome be taken at the same time with my multivitamin, beta alanine, biotin, fish oil, or vitamin D?

Epitome+Metabolic Rebith = zero hunger. Stuff is amazing.
 
on days where we do have a cheat day, is there a need to take Epitome on that day? or no point? been having a cheat day once every 2 weeks.

Yes, it is AMAZING :-)
After those 3 days on epitome as a start to my stack and lying around ( I really felt how the surgery healing put on stress on my body) I was eating like that guy from supersizeme and it felt like back in those binging days.
I have probably gained fat/weight which frustrates me.
well, back to topic: today, I feel slowly better and did my first 2 doses of basic plus the epitome. And yes, I am still hungry and eat at maintenance BUT and this is a big but, I can enjoy my meal and get satisfied!!!
that is just from one day on leptigen, so I am in good mood that over the time I will be able to eat a small deficit and lose what I might have gained from 3 days binge and then go on on my road to leanness :-)
hmmm, maybe the brite does also help with eating, started that today,too!

Depends o your bodyfat level. If you are above setpoint, the epitome generally negates the need for a weekly cheat day (I would still do one every 10 days or so for psychological reasons.)

If you are under setpoint, then you - still take it on cheat days.

Yeah, pretty much everything can be taken with or without food.
 
Interesting. Just started my Epitome run without basic and I'm getting good appetite suppression/feeling full (stomachwise). No hunger yet. Epitome seems to change how it works with me all the time (I say this because I've run epitome before), but I'm not complaining about this. I'll stack with Basic 10 days into the run (since epitome is 30 servings and basic is 20) and report back
 
Can this product be effective for person with bf around 16-17% ? If so,can I use it till I get to 10% bf (15-12% bf seems like not effective zone with epitome) ?
 
It'll probably take you quickly to 14-15%, then stall out.

What's your set point?
 
Officially stalled out at 10% . Been upping carbs and reverse dieting for about 2 months, no added body fat.. Picked up another bottle to run when my next cut stalls out which usually happens after 8 weeks

I am 1 week into a 4-dhea cycle, and will be adding in 1-dhea this week, while bumping up protein intake concurrently. I would hate to be either lowering my prohormone cycle results, or even wasting the epitome. I'm looking at more of a lean mass gain at this point, as I've been cutting for about a month in order to lean out first.

If you're specifically looking at lean mass gain over recomp or fat loss, I'd just shelve it until after PCT.

I don't think it would do any real hindrance, but still.
 
I've been on a stim break since last week so my mood isn't so great since taking a break from stims. Outside of staples (multi, fish oil, magnesium etc), I'm only taking GDAs, Adrenosurge and EP1C at the moment. This morning and lunch, I was eating a lot of things, and I felt I was starting to lose control of my hunger/appetite. Luckily, a bottle of Epitome came in the mail during noon, so after lunch I took a capsule of Epitome solo, and an hour later, my appetite was crushed and my mood was slightly better, like a slight increase in motivation. Is the slight mood/motivation enhancement aspect due to the Queen Bee Acid (Royal Jelly) in Epitome, or was it placebo? I don't know.

In the past, I usually stack Epitome with PES Shift and some stims for appetite suppression so I couldn't exactly pinpoint which product did most of the appetite suppression. But since dosing Epitome solo today, I can make a solid conclusion that my body reacts favorably to Epitome in terms of appetite suppression/control. I'm at 10~11% body fat right now, so I guess I'm one of the luckier ones...

Interestingly enough, Epitome now really helps control my hunger. When I first took it, it had the opposite effect and made me ravenous lol.

Not sure what changed and if leptin levels just resituated themselves or what, but I'm so glad it changed and I can experience what most others were reporting.

Same here, usually Letrone makes me want to eat everything but Epitome helped me soooo much. The mornings were the worse until I took Epitome.
 
All 3 ingredients work together, and very quickly, on your appetite.

Straight AMPk activation does nothing to blunt my appetite, but Epitome does it in a matter of an hour or so.
 
For whatever reason, Epitome + Rebirth don't seem to be blunting my appetite. Epitome alone increased it, maybe Rebirth is bringing it back down. Either way I really want to eat this entire jar of peanut butter right now.

When I first started it, my appetite was ravenous.

Over time, I got the appetite suppression effects. I also played around with dosing times to suppress appetite when I didn't want to be eating (e.g. I like to take in most of my cals around dinner, so I'll take the doses to keep myself from being hungry until I'm about to leave work). And I have to force my morning protein intake in because of that.

When it says dose mid morning does it mean a couple hours after waking? Is it bad to take it 1st thing?

I sometimes dose first thing when waking before my morning fasted cardio and then again around noon. This allows me to get 2 doses in since I workout around 5pm.

I do the exact opposite because of my morning workout, but off days I can dose whenever. I just wasn't sure if leptin is different right after waking like cortisol is.
 
Part of it is if you're utilizing Basic or Rebirth, too -- when I dosed Rebirth it was first thing AM and right before bed; the Epitome being spaced out had more leptin control throughout the day.

What I would say is feel free to take it first thing upon rising if it benefits you getting the 2nd dose in prior to working out. However, if it's a true off day, wait a couple hours and then take dose 1.
