yeahhhhhhh that sounds good. I just don't imagine 750 happening at 220. that'd be sweet though
And why not
I guess it will be up to me then

The paused sumos that you are describing is what i mean by "pop offs" in my log. I do them a lot on warmups and they really seem to cue my hip action well.
I dig it.
Hey u taking any nutrient partitioners atm
U like it anyone you prefer more
Fatting up into a meet is awesome. If I were a few pounds under, I'd bloat up over by 5-8 pounds and then baby cut and have a nice rebound into fatty land.
The pre meet bloat is something that I never understood don't get me wrong I understand the need to get bodyweight and energy back up but to over do I would think it would change the way u lift a bit
This was more ment about people I know cutting to make weight then trying to get it back... where your at is about perfect I think just below
We could agree thou u see a lot more fails at this then success
I've also seen a lot of geared guys go to far as well
After fcking up my cut to 198, I vowed to keep it under 8-10lbs lol 5-8 has become a breeze.
I'm just excited to bulk to 250
Hell yes. 350 bench incoming
Have you picked out your CPAP for when you get to 250![]()
Trust me when I say even a 30 lbs increase in weight blows

I lol'd.
Nice work Sean! Not a fan of real wide bench grip myself, seems to cripple my shoulders pretty quick.
Sean thought I'd mention batman squat conjugated method and he strong as hell may want to look into it lol
what do you mean?
Well then, I'll do this slowly. Even a solid 10-15 lbs would be good to me
I drank one too many 11% IPA's tonight.

If you do regular conditioning it doesn't have a real noticeable impact.
Back when I was gaining non stop with the strongman focus I didn't really have any issues with "Fitness" while doing basic tasks.
And I think at that time I put on 30+# in something like 8 months maybe?
Great news your kicking ass
