Ok on Monday's I normally do back or biceps if not both together. Tuesday is straight chest day. break wensday. Thursday is arm day if we didn't do biceps Monday we combine bi's and tris. Then during weekend I go and hit up shoulders and legs. I guess I been stuck on the same routine for a while in terms of the exercises I use. My triceps are there with a very noticeable knot. But I want my biceps to peak and cut the h up. As well as my back which I know that will come from diet and cardio more then anything. My calves are just at 19 inches and I only train them things every so often.

4 days we're talking about then, I may alter the splits though. Just in case can you do 5 days.

Depends on how you look at it, it will be tough for sure. It's a hypertrophy/strength routine. Timing seems about right. There is always lots of volume. You guys are cycling so it's time for volume and intensity. Time for rest later :)

Hope everyone has been doing well. Just got back from vacation with fam up in Tennessee! I took 1 cap a day while was gone and started back with 2 caps yesterday. Going back to gym today. Libido is still high as ever.
 
Weight has jumped down btw 227 to 230 depending on diet. My arms are freaking hard as can be. I bought some under amour 1/4 zips on vacation and had few girls complement me on my arms. Lol could be just this shirt idk. what I do know is my libido is amazingly high on this. Hit up 2.2 miles yesterday along with back

Hit up warm up cardio treadmill then triceps. Felt good pumps on triceps and didn't want to stop. Only bad thing is had to be at work at 6 am. Fell asleep like 230 am lol. I'm at work running on E and have to get into a mask suit and gear for 3.5 hrs. I need some serious energy spike.

Triceps:

V bar press downs: 90 lbs x 15, 120 lbs x 10, 10

rope press downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10,10

db over head presses: 50 lbs x 12,10,10

super set over head rope ext with single arm cable pull downs: rope ext 90 lbs x 10,10,10,10 single arm 50 lbs x 10,10,10

machine dips 105 lbs x 12, 120 lbs x 10,10
 
Hit up gym Sat took Friday off with softball then Son's bday yesterday. Felt really good. I hit up biceps after mile cardio.

Biecps:

standing ez bar curls; 70 lbs x 10, 10, 8

super set standing alt db curls with db spider curls: 30 lbs on alt 40 lb on db spider 4 sets 10 and 8

30 lb concentration curls.
 
Last day on this was this past Saturday. Last weeks workouts were the best I've had in a long time. Finally about 95 % pain free from the surgery.

Chest n back combo

chest: flat bench barbell press: 105 lbs x 15 135 lbs x 12, 185 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 4

pec deck 135 lbs x 10,10,10,10

incline db bench 50 lbs x 10,10,10

back:

machine rows: 90 lbs x 10,10 noticed our gym had a new back row machine this one like the most used and did 2 sets on it with 100 lbs x 10

over head ext 100 lbs x 10,10,10


Finally review of this amazing stuff.

strength 9 with having carpal tunnel surgery in dec, was still having a slight pain and not fully recovered strength wise. After using this I have noticed a big increase, and feeling much like myself last two weeks.

endurance: didn't notice much in terms of like a stim would do, but yet I could push more on weight part which is a big plus.

size physique. I lost around 7 lbs but arms and shoulders are way more defined then before this run.

Libido. Now this is no joke at all, my libido was at all time high. I mean all time high!!!!

I would recommend this to any of my gym friends or people out there looking for a great product.
 
Yes interesting product 2 cycles come to my mind right away 8 weeks Cerberus but 4 of Cerberus and 4 of this look attractive as well.
